Since this exhaust is for a 2005 to 2007 model Corvette, that car has 400hp stock.

its an automatic. you can tell because when he shifts into drive the reverse lights turno on momentarily.

It's an automatic yes and you can tell because it changes from first to second without engaging a clutch. Hence no pause in the exhaust note.
