if i could be a human / darf / or an elf i would be an elf 8D elf`s are kickass and their intuned into nature * they recyle LOL * their swift with a bow and arrow ( one of my fav weapon`s ) they live in the tree`s and are peacefuly live for over thousand`s of years i just want to be one 8D
@kikiyoinuyasha i would totally pick the same, but its probably the long life span and shear sophistication that warrants this choice x3 elves are so awesome
the elves are my favorite units in the game, especialy in places with lots of forests.They have almost all their units have both good melee and ranged attacks so they can attack effectivly any enemy weakness while being able to counter attack other unit attacking with any kind of attack. their great movement in forests is also useful to retreat when youre fighting in forests. The fact that they dont get weaker depending on the time of the day help stabilizing your strategy.
@Warrior536 personally, I prefer Knalgans. on most maps, forests are in scarcer supply than hills and mountains together, and to my knowledge, only dwarves and, like, goblins get bonuses to defense in caves. furthermore, poachers are as good at dodging in forest as elvish fighters, and actually gain bonuses, not penalties, in the swamp. backstabs are also fun for the whole family. matter of taste, I suppose.
@Warrior536 your strategy has a few holes, while most elven units are versatile and fast they are not perfect, forests arn't always abundant, most elves have low overall hp, they are nearly useless in caves and despite the fact most elves can attack like 4 times with their primary means damage tends to be a tad low
When does a strategy not have any holes? if there were such strategy, everyone would use them. Elves have their strenght and their weakness as you just pointed out, its all about making up for them.
As I said, their great movement in forest make them easy to retreat to heal, helping to make up for their low hp. Caves are a big problem though. They have low dodge in them so they have to rely mostly on non-elvish units like their mages, which alone wont suffice.

This poem makes no since, hence, I only wrote it because I got to listen to this beautiful song, the one that I listened to for so long, remembering the girl of my dreams, too bad they are not memories.
