Nice saber man, i'm thinking of buying one, and i decided to buy Vader's hasbro fx, but converted by the ultrasabers. How do you think is it worth it?
@hairybaws911 i feel confident the price can only rise, and even if they dont. if you pay a reasonable £40-60, you wont feel like you've wasted money when you have the item in your hands. i sure dont. I will keep the sword for as long as i can bare to look at it, and if i see the online market booming for them, and maybe doubling the price i pay. i'd then sell! Well i've bored you with an essay. But to sum up. Buy one, do not go over £70 and then you should have high hopes for its future.
@hairybaws911 Of course these swords are worth £120 to 240 in the retail market. but you wont find anyone on ebay or online bidding sites who'd be willing to match that price, unless its special edition, (like the 50 gold lightsabers made by MR celebrating there x amount of lightsaber fx's made). if you did buy one of these, in good condition, box and stand, more rip off movies n games of Starwars will spark more interest in the FX lightsabers pulling a higher demand, and more 'willing' bidders.
@hairybaws911 Well, Master Replica doesnt make these anymore, so in that sense, they're Limited collectables which plods up the value, Hasbro are now still making them, so I'd say Master Replica would be worth more, although theres no difference, so finding anyone who'd pay a different price would vary. unless they collect purely, i.e. only hasbro or MR. If you get the sword as cheap as you can with box/stand for under £60-70, you've got a good chance of re-selling for profit. Part 2 next email
Best review out there. I just won new one, boxed, stand, (apparently special edition, or so the seller says) for £55, and £10 postage. Someone nearly stole it from me at the end, but he guessed my maximun bid wrong, then I won it by 60p. happy days! should be ariving in post in day or 2!
didn't see any differance in them who knows ? .My neighbor has all of them on his wall when he lights them up the hum is room filling & his cats freek out .
Aloha! Awesome man, i just ordered mine. One question though, i heard the blade can warp if its kept on its stand, what is the best way to store it. Cheers on the review though, i'm pretty stoked about getting it. :)

anyone think it looks a little orange?
1337huntard 2 years ago
It only looks that way because of the intensity of the red. But it's a brilliant red color in person.

It's always due to camera color biasing

Superb piece, I have the MR version which I believe is identical.
I would recommend the MR Obi Wan if you can get hold of it.
Very detailed review Brandon 5/5
