Yes China is good at such sports as diving, table tennis, etc. But its due to your government's funding of these athletes, hand picked children whose sole purpose is to glorify China's regime. Used as propaganda. Sort of like former USSR.
Now look at Russian sports.
Of course if other country's did the same they will be good as well. Most athletes in other countries struggle to find funding for their sport.
