@FishFrenzy101 No luckily if I remember right nothing else died, we may have lost a yellow tang I can't remember it was so long ago. Lately I've been way more into triggers I love them
How hard is it to keep a bamboo shark? I have had a saltwater aquarium for over 10 years and freshwater for and additional 15 years. I was going to get a bamboo shark but wherever I go it says you have to be an "expert". I figured its just like any other preditory fish but is there any other secrets that I should know about before getting one.
Im going to try a baby bamboo in a 75gal with a 20gal sump. Sharks that are born or raised in captivity will not reach their maximum size of 41inches or so, but will very likely get close to that size...So I will find out soon enough, if he gets too big, I will do my best to rehome him or get a larger tank =)
What kind of shark are you talking about a lot of baby sharks can stay in a 80 gallon for a month then have to be moved into bigger holding faculties the smallest tank possible for the one in the vid is 180 I have a 300. If you get a Coral cat shark it can stay in a 120.
how stupid can you be. DO NOT buy a nurse, just dont. They grow to be HUGE!!!8-9' on average as an adult. People that buy them for their home are idiots.
little crash, not everyone can afford a 5000 gallon tank so pull the stick out of your ass and quit being stuck up. by the way i'm sure he would be a lot happier in the wild...
i love the sharks and cowfish. i used to have a cow fish. we had a baby shark at work for a whole 2 days that i got to hand feed and then he sold. i was sad
