real estate agents all have the same story they tell everyone is a great time to buy ,, if it was such a good time to buy why then is no one buying anything , there liars there worse than used car salesmen ,, dont make the mistake and buy a home now , this market is flat , we have never seen anything like this in our life and we will never see it againg in our life , prices will decline as much as 50% in some area , a house is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it

We are not seeing the big picture yet. We are witnessing a battle between good and evil. We can't any longer depend on our so called leaders. RP is one person, we need more leaders like him. As I see it at this juncture Ron Paul's best hope for a 2008 Presidential win is to do what Ross Perot did back in 1992. Run as an Independent under the Libertarian Party with Tancredo or someone similar as his running mate. This is likely the only way RP will ever make it past the GOP/RNC machine who have obviously chosen Huckabee/Giuliani as their 2008 GOP dream ticket.
