@DIYforeverpink67 it doesn't play back sound on the camera, only the computer. im suprised it doesn't have this feature for as nice of a camera it is.

I got a question, I just got the Sony SteadyShot DSC-S2100, and I can take videos but I can't hear the audio. Is there something wrong with the camera? Or do I have to download some sort of program for this to work? Please help.

@qabrielamarie3 did you download the vdo clip into your PC? it doesnt have internal speaker in the cam

@qabrielamarie3 You cant hear NO Audio when you are viewing the Video on your camera (because it does not have speakers). Transfer it and watch on your PC.

@noelgrisham Ya I have one too and just figured this out like one year later. Its ok but i have another question when i put my SD card in my computer it works but when i put it in my dvd player and see it on the tv it says unsupported audio can someone please haelp me!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i don't know in what problem to start... but in general, it consumes tooooo much batteries even ( rechar) and when u took a video and want to watch it it has no sounds... (only when plugged to pc ) also u can't zoom the video IN and OUT... also i think its life is so short because mine starts in problems like capturing pics and another problems... my advice to u is to buy Casio or Kodak which has internal battery. and i think it is better in options... and less price.

Brought this cam today which s black in colour....good cam with good price.....i just wanted to kne that wen we do video rec and palyback again the sound dont come is it ok....???

Yo tengo una camara como esta y debo decir que es muy buena. Claro, no al nivel de una profesional, pero se consiguen buenos resultados. La resolución es muy buena (10.1 Mpx) y la grafica intuitiva y facil de usar.
