I'm def gona try the one u liked so well. I've never tried dry shampoo b4 but I'm naturally blonde and dye it black/dk brown and washing so often strips it to quickly. Also my hair is baby fine and thin as well(hence the reason I keep color in it) so yea I'm excited to try this! Thanks for sharing. BTW tonight was the 1st time I've ran across ur videos, I really like them and ur taste =)
Thanks for this review cause I was looking into getting the batiste dry shampoo
and then I wanted to get the Tigi rockaholic, but will defiantly not get if it runs out after a couple uses. For the Batiste one,do you think it would do the same on blonde hair?
Although I do have light brown roots aka my natural color.Yeah I hear the Tresseme one was horrible.OMG yeah that color dry shampoo sounds good.
lmao its funny that you call someone whos barely younger than you your niece hehe i know that's what she is but it's kinda funny non the less :) great review!
Thanks for the review! I have one with " color " and for some reason the sticky color on my scalp and hands drives me batty lol! I use PSssst ( been around forever) and it us my fave!
I'll have to give the T3 a try. Thanks for always giving out great recommends. I purchased one of the Illamasqua lipsticks you talked about from a previous video and I'm LOVING it!! xo
You look so radiant in this video! I have a love hate relationship with dry shampoos because there are not a lot of options for dark hair. I usually use the Bumble and Bumble hair powder because it's tinted and with my dark brown hair those white powders are just ridiculous. I'm excited to try this since it's in a aerosol can and cheaper than the B&B. Thanks for sharing!
hi gina, thank you for your recommendation. i didn't see this at marshalls but i found it at tj max for $5.99. omg, it is exactly what you said, i have thin oily hair and i hate the smell of dry shampoo except for the oscar blandi but its very expensive and i don't think it worked well as a dry shampoo. this one is really good, i bought 2 bottles, so pleased, thanks again.
@ginabinawina99 absolutely smells better, i get immediate results & i like the tint unlike the bumble & bumble which is the worse & it's so expensive. i would not have tired t3 til you mentioned them on sale, its a great way to try it out & if they ran out, i would pay full price.
thank you for comparing this dry shampoo to others. i was going to try a few of the brands mentioned but once hearing that t3 was better, i decided to go with that one.
This is awesome! I have almost Black hair and I find that my Rockaholic one leaves my hair with a grey-ish cast. You can work it in eventually but its a pain. I haven't found mine to be defective yet. I've used it quite a bit. Might have gotten a good one lol. That's too bad though that there has been defective ones. Great video! Definitely would love to try this!
I can relate, I have two brothers and two sisters, they are all considerably older than me, the closest in age is one of my sisters who is 7 years older than me. The oldest sibling is the other sister and she is 21 years older than me and her son/my nephew is 14 months older than me. I was very close growing up with my nephew of course since we were like a brother and sister going to the same schools, etc.
@darkwingedfairy12 oh wow! to have a nephew older than you! How crazy, yet cool! I know exactly what you mean about it feeling more like siblings, or in my case close cousins is how I saw our relationship =D
my TIGI rockaholic broke too after only a few uses, I was so upset!! Also, every bottle I pick up feels like its half empty they are so light and I feel like I'm buying an empty bottle with no product!
Great comparative review :) I've never heard of a colored dry shampoo! That's such a great idea and I never thought about getting something like that at marshalls.
@caliprincess04 you have such gorgeous blonde hair, I'm sure it's not as big of a deal, but th t3 for 5.99 at marshalls is a steal and it smells better than all I've tried. =) hugs!
I'm 29 and I have a niece and a nephew who are both 27. My sisters, their mothers, are 49 and 47. My parents are 70 and 68. I know where you're coming from. It was weird when my niece and I were kids, and we'd try to explain to people that no, we weren't cousins, we were aunt and niece. People would look at us like we were nuts.
In the UK, Batiste recently launched brown and black coloured versions of their dry shampoo to help with the grey-ness. :) I haven't tried any of them so I don't know how good it is!

OMG you are sooo wearing that L/M moisturiser aren't you? Your skin looks friggin gorgeous! It looks like toddler's skin. Dewy and fresh and young. Man I'm brilliant!
Oh... I just read your more info section. Well in that case I am correct and still brilliant.... Now on subject. I've given up on dry shampoos. I've tried basically 3 (only ones I could find in Canada) and they all stink like toiletspray. Those tinted thingy's intrigue me however, got to favorite it, so I don't forget:)
@thebarbiewithmuscle haha! Thanks Marinda! I smacked on some cream highlight to add to the dewy LM! Love it! LOL @ toiletspray!! T3 def smells better than the others imo! hugs!
the same happened to me with the TIGI Rockaholic dry shampoo... it's very annoying, not only because of the money spent... I think TIGI definitively has to fix that problem!!!
@GuccianaVuitton I know! haah! IT just sits on our shelf and gradually goes bye bye, leaking away!. One girl mentioned hearing a couple pops from her can when it was emptying on its own! LOL
im so confused lol...how can your parents be 2 generations older? even if they're super old, aren't they still one generation older because they're your parents?
@thecity180 I think you're confused because you don't understand what a generation means. IF you google the term generations, it refers to a specific age or time frame (ie: decade, century) A generation is a timeline of around 22 years. =)
@ginabinawina99 ahh, i see =] there are many uses of the word, and one of them can also just be the time between parents and childrens births, so i guess we're both correct =] and for the dry shampoo, i was talking about the TIGI too. i'm not saying that's what happened, but looking at other peoples experiences with dry shampoo, that seems to be a common problem among various brands, so i was just letting others know that it's necessary to shake certain types before use.
@thecity180 Close =*) It's not specific to one family's set of births, but an average or a mean of many. A familial generation is defined as the "average" child bearing age for a mother's child and her child's child, which is the 22-25 year range. It adjusts to the times and has risen in the U.S. with individuals having babies later in life. That's why there's defined generations such as X,Y, etc. As far as shaking bottles, absolutely agree!
Hi Gina, thanks for this review on the dry shampoo - I must say your skin is just glowing - I must try the LM tinted moisturizer - it looks so lovely on you. I dont know if you have the brand Toni & Guy where you live - but their dry shampoo is rather good. Thanks for your thoughts on these products. Have a nice day. JA :o)
@ginabinawina99 Hi Gina! I think thats the T&G brand found at Wal-mart. I think the invisible dry shampoo is the one thats good. but I haven't tried them yet since I'm still researching and watching reviews lol
OMG!! I'm soooo glad you did this video! I have been looking everywhere for a dry shampoo that would match my hair color or at least wasn't that awful white powder. I love the Oscar Blandi but it's white as well and it just didn't make sense that they wouldn't offer one made for brunettes or redheads. The question is can I find it in Canada....oh and I'm really worried and sad that your package may be lost, mind you sometimes I've had to wait over a month...fingers crossed xoxo
@superblue455 ahahah! I noticed that at the end. I'm all shaking the dry shampoo around so if you didn't hear straightener ppl would think I'm talking the shampoo lol!
Girl! you tried out every dry shampoo out there ! lol. I've only tried batiste and I'm fine with it because it's cheap. The white cast is irritating though. Normally I'll spray it before I go to bed, like 2nd day don't wash my hair and I know it will be oily. So then it kinda works into it while I sleep and roll around.
@2013LuckyGirl haha! YA batiste isn't a bad product. I'd repurchase. Thankfully I stocked up on this t3 for 5.99 ea. @ marshalls or I'd go back to batiste or try pssst.
Thanks for the review Gina! Finding a dry shampoo that won't leave that grey cast on brunette hair is soo very frustrating! Thanks for the heads up on the T3. I think I'm gunna go buy some now.........enabler. J/K! Love the vid <3
you look amazing gina...you are glowing a lot more than usual...you look good...can you please do another video on hair care...which other products you recommend for wavy to curly hair...mostly styling products
Gina, what do people use the dry shampoo for? Is it for the days you don't wash your hair and it helps to keep the scalp from getting oily? I think that's what I need to do because I'm a person that needs to wash mine everyday or else it's oily. I know all that washing can't be good for my hair.
@xtraluv4u you're exactly right =D The shampoo is for off days when you don't want to wash your hair, yet need something to absorb the oils and freshen the smell. My hair is oily, naturally, so I can't just skip a day w/out doing something, so dry shampoos are a huge help =) xox!!
A dry shampoo seems so funny to me! I just dont get it. Im sure I would if I had average hair but thats just not the case. I just stopped by to say Hollaaa!! Looking pretty there lil lady! xxG
@ohemgeeitsmerry ahh! Yes! Especially the white stuff. Do you have generally oily roots? I've noticed many individuals with curly hair also have very dry hair, naturally. My mom does and she doesn't have to shampoo as often as me.
I swear, I've said it a million times but you must read my mind. I always am considering a product for only like TWO days and then BAM! Here you come with a review for me. I don't even need to request! LOL ...yet you ARE my ultimate enabler.
Definitely checking out marshalls. I need that dry shampoo!! Washing, drying and styling for us girls with long/thick hair is exhausting. I am really looking forward to this!
@mollzz haha! I was researching dry shampoo after the tresemme not working out for me and was going to ebay the T3 and BAM its at marshalls! It was meant to be LOL! and Exactly @ the washing/drying being exhausting!
@magicadespell56 Shelly!! I just got it! OMAGOSH! Holy criminey! Brad already stole one of those orange lip balms! LOLI can't wait to try itttt!!!! Thank you!! <3<3<3<3
Unfortunately I bought Rockaholic before seeing this! :(
After I used it once or twice, the bottle felt suspiciously empty...I probably won't get more than another use out of it. Which is really extremely disappointing considering it was $24 Canadian. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Oh well, won't make that mistake again! I'm excited to try T3.
Great video! I'm going to have to try the T3! I don't know if I can find it though. I like the Batiste better then the Tresemme. Of course, I don't have problem with the whitening powder look with my white blonde hair. LOL The T3 does sounds awesome!
I have like 10 bottles of the auburn shade of the T3 dry shampoo because the auburn shade was discontinued - it's my favorite stuff - smells good and doesn't dull my hair color! :)
Thanks for the review! At the moment I have Batiste in all kinds and shapes, in the UK they have different colours available (eg for brunettes and blondes) AND with 3 different smells, which make it ideal for me to use. However, once my bottles are finished I will try this T3 one out. Have a nice evening x
Thanks for the tip, I was gonna get the Rockaholic but now I think I will try the T3 first. This is excactly why I love you tube because you can totally check out other people's review before you buy a product!
@avasm4 oh! need to fill that info out. i'm wearing the laura mercier tinted illuminating moisturizer in natural radiance and lm mineral powder in the t zone =)
@TheSublimeAgent oh heck ya! is it a Midwest thing, maybe? Do you ever find it odd calling your parents grandma/grandpa, or do you ever find catching yourself saying it, even though you don't really need to? To me, its funny when I say g-ma, etc, because she's not 3 and people only usually refer to their own parents that way for infants who only know the terms when related specifically to them. (see, now i'm confusing myself) maybe you understand, though! LOL
@bunzie13 if you do, you should tell me too! (: it sounds amazing. i've always wanted to try the TIGI one,but after hearing the reviews.. i really don't think i would spend my money on it.

see, the problem with me and dry shampoo is that u have to brush it out, and i have curly hair so if i brush it out it gets frizzy and flat :[
ohemgeeitsmerry 1 year ago
@ohemgeeitsmerry ahh! Yes! Especially the white stuff. Do you have generally oily roots? I've noticed many individuals with curly hair also have very dry hair, naturally. My mom does and she doesn't have to shampoo as often as me.

holy crap gina! you are extra glow-y today!
I am really looking forward to this!
mollzz 1 year ago

Unfortunately I bought Rockaholic before seeing this! :(
After I used it once or twice, the bottle felt suspiciously empty...I probably won't get more than another use out of it. Which is really extremely disappointing considering it was $24 Canadian. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Oh well, won't make that mistake again! I'm excited to try T3.
coffeeislove12345 1 year ago
@coffeeislove12345 oh no!! that's what happened to me! It felt empty minus a little liquid in the bottom.

Great video! I'm going to have to try the T3! I don't know if I can find it though. I like the Batiste better then the Tresemme. Of course, I don't have problem with the whitening powder look with my white blonde hair. LOL The T3 does sounds awesome!
*big hugs*
Zoeebella 1 year ago
@Zoeebella oh!! I bet the batsite works fine! I don't mind the batiste too much. Def better than the tresemme for sure!

Great review! (:
That's really cool how your parents are 2nd generation. Ha(:
It sounds really interesting! (:
And I agree about the tresemme on feeling really tacky, but for me I cab stand the smell. :P
I think I had this one called Emoji/Omoji something I got from Sephora and the nozzle broke on me. :P
I think I'll try out the T3 it sounds good (:
DollFaceHottie 1 year ago
@DollFaceHottie ahh haha you don't like the smell either? oh jeeze! so another brand besides the tigi had the nozzle break?

I have like 10 bottles of the auburn shade of the T3 dry shampoo because the auburn shade was discontinued - it's my favorite stuff - smells good and doesn't dull my hair color! :)
K8KatieK8K8 1 year ago
@K8KatieK8K8 oh wow! i'll bet that's why its at marshalls. I grabbed all they had left!
ginabinawina99 1 year ago
Thanks for the review! At the moment I have Batiste in all kinds and shapes, in the UK they have different colours available (eg for brunettes and blondes) AND with 3 different smells, which make it ideal for me to use. However, once my bottles are finished I will try this T3 one out. Have a nice evening x
sugarswe3t 1 year ago
@sugarswe3t oh that's so neat! too bad we don't have the variety here, otherwise batiste would still be my go to. =D

where can I buy the T3 dry shampoo..I have never used one, but now I want to try it
ritashelton 1 year ago
@ritashelton I found mine at Marshall's but i'm sure most salon hair stores carry it.
ginabinawina99 1 year ago
Thanks for the tip, I was gonna get the Rockaholic but now I think I will try the T3 first. This is excactly why I love you tube because you can totally check out other people's review before you buy a product!
DonnaChelle1 1 year ago
@DonnaChelle1 oh yes! the rockaholic was so good when it worked, but who wants to spend $15+ dollars for potentially only 3 uses?

TheSublimeAgent 1 year ago
@TheSublimeAgent oh heck ya! is it a Midwest thing, maybe? Do you ever find it odd calling your parents grandma/grandpa, or do you ever find catching yourself saying it, even though you don't really need to? To me, its funny when I say g-ma, etc, because she's not 3 and people only usually refer to their own parents that way for infants who only know the terms when related specifically to them. (see, now i'm confusing myself) maybe you understand, though! LOL
ginabinawina99 1 year ago
Oh no! I hope that doesn't happen with my Rockaholic!
I want to try the T3! I have to find out where I can get it in Canada :)
bunzie13 1 year ago 4
