@d3dsh it is called rounding.Because the ones place is six,it is rounded of to the nearest tens place which is 70.And also Bahrain used to be under Iranian rule.A lot of Bahrainese still have ties to Iranians, who are shias. Go to wikipedia again and look for the source yourself.
