Exactly. Thank you for this video! I began eating gluten-free after diagnosis with a separate autoimmune condition, and this change has helped immensely. Such a simple treatment if people are willing to prioritize their health over their habits.
I lived for eight years with undiagnosed celiac disease. I was diagnosed my senior year of high school, one year ago in February, and it COMPLETELY changed my life. It is a huge hassle, but I would gladly take the challenges of going GFree than the illness I endured before.
haha you just made me laugh so much. such a great song though!! and great information. My celiac is causing many problems right now... I needed a laugh :) <3
One time I got sick when my friend borrowed my book while eating a jelly donut. I got severely sugared and ran high sugar for days! Man..I hate diabetes!
good job! I had the blood test, but it didn't show anything, and then i got the biopsy, and it showed that i had celiac disease. i got diagnosed with it almost a year ago now. I told my mom that she should get checked seeing that i got it from her side of the family. but she says no because she doesn't think she has it, yet she's having the same symptoms that i used to have
thank you so much for watching my video and commenting. Yes your mom should definitly get tested, it is usually genetic and it is pretty common (about 1:133) it's an easy test. Your mom probably doesn't want to get tested because she is in denial, but if they test came out positive then she would feel like she had to follow the diet. LOL i can imagine doing the same thing myself. Let me know how ti works out. best of luck.
There are different sensitivity levels in celiacs, a lot of people don't have symptoms, but some people can react from very minimal amounts. Even lose which cannot be seen by the naked eye. Unlike you, I actually have a medical license, and I specialize in gastrointestinal patients. So don't you dare try to say that you no more than me about celiac disease. She made a wonderful video and you should be ashamed for insulting such a wonderful video.
clearly you are an ignorant person, I will not feed into your obvious attempt to arouse my anger. I simply pray that no one in your life will ever suffer from this disease, because it hard enough to deal with without having people doubt your illness.
