I'm a swim coach in Salt Lake and my 5 year old daughter Lily has been diagnosed with mito myopathy. Joe... you're an inspiration to her and to me. You are a fine young man and I am proud of you! What an inspiration you are to all with a Mito disorder. I am 46 and was diagnosed last year with a Mito disorder called MELAS. I was an athlete my whole life up until two years ago. I do get to swim occassionaly and it feels very freeing. Keep swimming!!
