  • To this day I just can't understand how this track won an emmy (or won anything), let alone being the only Yes song to win any award at all. Just goes to show music awards are a load of bullshit.

  • @xeractus

the rock and roll hall of fame is bullshit.....why is Guns n Roses in there before the band RUSH......?

  • @rushforce33 I don't think the hof likes progressive music.

  • @rushforce33

    HA

  • @rushforce33 At this point I don't even WANT Rush to be in the Hall of Fame, at this point it'd be an insult to put them in, the Hall of Fame has completely discredited themselves.

  • @ranger5230

VERY True Ranger....The Hall of Fame is more like the hall of bullshit - i'm glad someone other than myself has similar opinions on RUSH-

  • @rushforce33 Look at who's already in the Hall of fame...Madonna? ABBA? The Sex Pistols? The Beastie Boys? Are you kidding me? You know sooner or later they're going to induct Britney Spears, Weird Al and Electric Mayhem from the Muppet Show.

  • omfg... I can't believe what just happened to me. I would have had the oppurtunity to see them live next week in my country, on my birthday, but I happened to be at the wrong place at that time... great. -.-

  • I used to love the way YES began their lives shows with Firebird Suite, there was a brief time during the Rabin years when the show was opened with green lasers, smoke and this song..... AWESOME. Rabin kicks ass!!!

  • I heard them play this live in the 90s. Thought it was an odd song to do live but it worked.

  • They are telling me this is Respighi? If it is,then we have a bridge..once again.Yes has always maintained a Pantheon.

  • Such an insult to Steve Howe, who fucking popularized Yes in the first place, for Squire and White to abandon him only to run off with this kike...

  • gRANDES RECUERDOS..CON ESTO...

  • Yes were going under the working title of "Cinema" when this particular song was recorded. The line-up at the time was everyone except Jon, who shortly afterward came on board. Awesome!!!!!

  • Can these guys play or what! Awesome!!!!

  • this will be the opening for my funeral, my kids agree and then?????

  • This album is awesome!!!!

  • Magic for 2 minutes and 11 seconds!

  • This track reminds me of the city of Toronto. In fact, I call it 'Toronto's Theme'

  • @neil73 that my friend would be Rush's YYZ actually. YYZ = airport code for Toronto.

  • yes rulz!!! Don't say no to yes or else i say no to you. LOL

  • Such power!

  • @dubeshot

You shoulda seen it LIVE!!!!! The best concert I ever saw. Bar none.

  • @sissytoo Saw this tour in 84 I believe it was and agree awesome show, ironically I saw the Scorpions on their Love @ First Sting tour the night before., quite a contrast I must say(Scorps show was also awesome)Both shows were at the Montreal Forum with my buddy Shout out to my buddy Gene who was there as well.

    Tim

  • This album was Yes last gasp.....

  • @CribNotes I think I get what your trying to say, but I feel it comes across a tad harsh. This level of creative genius can barely be called a "last gasp". And to my relief, YES is still around and touring (to the best of my knowledge). It doesn't matter if they won't have another hit from this point on -- they're classic "masters" of rock, and their music will never die. That speaks alot more for them then the crap that is playing on the radio now.

  • This could have been used as the title music for Battlestar Galactica ( the later one, obviously ).

  • sounds like a ...symphony, brillant tune and expresive. THIS IS IT ;).

  • As a kid I was YES number 1 fan, then I discovered Zappa and King Crimson and obviously YES became obsolete, but this particular album and especially this particular song, makes me proud and grateful that I discover this guys back in 1983, this album is simply one of the best rock albums ever, this particular line up was always my favorite, I have bought this album on LP, Cassette, CD, remaster CD and I will buy it again in the next format to come. Trevor Rabin is a god here.

  • I forgot how much this album rocks.. I had 90125 and Drama on cassette back in the 80s and played them a lot... I grew up listening to older YES and I was so happy when they put out these albums. A lot of the songs on these albums rock as hard as Round About

  • Rabin è forte...ma Howe l'ho è di più!! XD XD XD XD XD

  • Absolute majestic masterpiece!!!! Love the entire "90125" album, but this amazing song might just be my favorite from it! Could listen to this over & over again......

  • As a lifelong Rush fan, I regrettably rank this instrumental above YYZ.

    THERE, I said it!! Happy??? : )

Simply mind-blowing!! This tune further illustrates that while Bruford and White are two completely different drummers, they have such a similar style at the same time.

  • @TiramisuHappy above YYZ no way!!

They shouldve stretched this out a few more mins; then id agree but its still good..

  • @cpinto72

I totally agree. It could've been a much longer instrumental piece. I still vividly remember the first time I heard both YYZ and Cinema. The thing is, I was more mesmerized and blown away when I heard this one than when I did the Rush piece.

  • This is the BEST non-vocal (probably one of the ONLY non-vocal) songs the Yes ever did.

  • esta especial larola chdos warnes

  • ... I can feel no sense of measure ... no illusions as we take ... refuge in young man's pleasure ... breaking down the dreams we maaaaaaaaaaake , real ...

  • @bobbyalligator7 aaaahhaaaaa LEAVE IT.

  • Absolutely Timeless!!
