  • Yes BUT, if you talk like that to companies, no one is going to get it when it comes down to execution. Being specific it's much simpler to measure success that telling a client "OK, we'll boost up all your metrics". That'd be very vague

  • The ROI in social media is - bottom line MORE customers, more sales, more profit. Whatever numbers produce such a result from social media engagement is a successful marketing strategy (over "x" amount of time).
