People are calling him 'Fat George Clooney' because the original video for 'Friday' has a large rapper who is often referred to as 'Fat Usher', due to his heavy frame and resemblance to the singer. The joke being that 'Fat George Clooney' is this video's equivalent to 'Fat Usher' i.e. that both videos feature large gentlemen who resemble thinner celebrities.
