Here in the States it's the same.I haven't read much of British law,but I do know here in the States they contract the Cild support enforcement out to a private corporation aka Maximus,to collect,and their any means necessary for enforcement,shows that their collection is un-defined and violates the constitutions.This is nothing mre than a massive government scam,speaking of play their name backwards and it says,sum of scam,ironic lol,great job the world watches,and joins.

Well Princessjadey18, you have not put up the REASONS why batman can't see his kids. Unless you are prepared to ACTUALLY SAY JUST what he's done, prepared to take the legal consequences if your allegations are untrue, then I can only assume you are a twisted liar. My ex used to say things like this during the 6 years I did n't see my eldest daughter. Suggestion and hint, but no fact. My eldest has now lived here for over five years. Unless you can back up what you say, THEN SHUT YOUR MOUTH !!!

your just a dad hater. what are the reasons then? i've had 29 contact orders over 5 years to see my daughter and problems even today - when i dropped her off her mum and step dad come tearing down the stairs stating i wouldn't be taking her on holiday in 3 weeks time and to take her to court again. i've got a water tight order stating i can have a full 7 days and 7 night holiday with my daughter. she is looking forward to it - her mum and famil just don't care. how long can the injustice go on?

That's just where all this falls down Dan, the Court's refuse to enforce anything upon a mother. Of course, mum's new bloke does n't have to make any court applications to LIVE with your daughter, he's presumed fine no questions asked, while natural dad can end up the ONLY person not permitted to be with his kid. Utter Shit. Not suggesting this.....but I know one bloke who got the new boyfriend beat up when his contact was messed about....after that, he saw his kid every time without fail!!!!!!

Tell me about it. What do you recommend with my current situation? I've got an order stating I can take my daughter on holiday and have to give them 28 days notice. I gave them 52! Their solicitor has not replied to any of my emails & now her mum is saying I can't take her (despite agreeing to this and my daughter looking forward to it) because I didn't give her 28 days notice. She's not actually stopping my contact - just the holiday. Shall I apply to enforce it again? Good luck at your trial

Well done lads, me & Jolly were up there the month before. Nice view is n't it! Harman said last year the family courts needed opening up (Daily Mail, June 07) then changed jobs. Judges & MP's keep coming forward saying the family courts don't work then disappearing. Clearly, they are playing a game with us. Well, let's not let them get away with this any longer. Remember, all we want is justice and it's clear they all know we ain't getting any! Mark Harris, author, FAMILY COURT HELL.
