@ShadowRosalina To use that move you have to press the same button that uses the lasers. You must get close to the enemy, and then when the enemy come close to OTw's hand, use the move.

What you need to do is, get normal poc-mario.

Go to his .cns file, open it with notepad. Upscale him by 2x what's already there to get life size. Increase airjuggle # to 50 and perform the ultimate smash combo.

Even by not altering the air juggle number or size, you should still use that combo. It's a true ssb combo so it's not "cheap" :P
