Also, if it is high it is because you are not eating enough cholesterol, which therefore forces the liver to produce more, and if you keep from eating enough cholesterol, you could suffer liver damage. Why do you think statin drugs require blood tests for your liver? High cholesterol is a liver problem, not a diet problem. Detoxifying the liver should be the first thing you do.

What's your opinion of sugar-free seltzers, re loss of bone density? Is it the carbonation, or the flavorings in the soda that're acidic? Where can I read more about problems with the flu shot?
