this guy's problem is not language barrier, however its the style in which he presents, he stops in mid sentence to look at his notes constantly, so it breaks the focus of the point he is trying to get over, put your presentation in point form, elaborate on each point of the top of your head from your previous research of the topics..... keep practicing! :)
this speech was special. I will never forget it. I listen to it everybody morning when I wake up to get me started. Strong speaker with great posture and skills.
