@weswynning sounds like you need to up your conditioning (fitness). drag a sled, push a prowler or do some light work on the treadmill. 20 minutes 3x/week. you'll be fine and still make gains.

Meal timing dosen't matter at the end of the day. All that matters is calories in vs calories out. Lets say you need 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight, if you didn't eat all day. And then eat that 2000 right before bed. You wont gain weight.

Im an endo and have a big startchy carb meal right before bed, im cutting and loosing weight while doing so. Eating before bed=bad is a MYTH
