Literally PASSED OUT on the last bite of the burger. Holy shit I was so outta shape back then.... I'm an Ectomorph so even crap like that didn't make me gain too much weight. Glad I got back into the groove a few months ago...

  • @imigh69her You dont have do have casien protein before bed to build muscle. If you feel you need it, stick with the milk. I'd say 250ml of milk would be enough. Thats all I'd eat right before bed.

  • @weswynning sounds like you need to up your conditioning (fitness). drag a sled, push a prowler or do some light work on the treadmill. 20 minutes 3x/week. you'll be fine and still make gains.

    cause the most protein shakes got some carbs in it and you don´t want that before going to sleep cause your insuline level have to be low for the full growth hormon shit going on when you sleep so eat that shit 30 minutes before you go to sleep and you will be fine.

  • Meal timing dosen't matter at the end of the day. All that matters is calories in vs calories out. Lets say you need 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight, if you didn't eat all day. And then eat that 2000 right before bed. You wont gain weight.
