meh, not a big fan of the new look of the main characters (is that suppose to be Saki?) But the rest of the game looks pretty good. I think I may buy it, if I have left over cash from buying all of the other fabulous games Nintendo announced at E3 :)

Looks good, but a Wii Zelda would've hit the spot. This E3 was definitely a step in the right direction for Nintendo. I can't wait for New Super Mario Bros. Wii. I'm still working on the original Mario Galaxy, though. I'll bide my time trying to get all 120 stars until the new Mario Galaxy is on the shelf.

When the time comes, I will buy a Wii for just this game. Millions of Wii owners will probably never hear about this, let alone care about it, but for at least one person, this game is enough to sell a console. I'm sorry, but this is what developers should be utilizing the system for - not a simulation of throwing a frisbee to a dog, playing ping pong, or chopping a pencil to pieces. Those less creative exercises are better left to reality, where it's healthier for the body as well.

Sad thing is most "hardcore" Wii owners won't care about this game because it isn't mainstream enough, or they were no good at the original. Not even Nintendo seem to care about it. It's heartbreaking.

By the way, the boy character is Isa Amamiya, the love child between Saki and Airan who was introduced 2/3 of the way in the original game. I looked it up on IGN to confirm this.

As soon as that debut trailer appeared, I KNEW the main was going to be Isa. :D

No, it's NOT mainstream enough to attract gamers' attention. S&P2 is quite possibly the most niche Wii game, ever. And the majority of gamers will only pay attention to whatever is the most generic or heavily advertised.

And no, Nintendo DON'T seem to care as much as they ought to (they should be grateful Treasure is working for them). But that makes sense, after all Nintendo is a business and why would they care about a niche game that would NEVER make very much money?
