I think it sucks that some workplaces will have work luncheons on Yom Kippur (and serve ham and cheese) because it's just rude to Jewish employees.

I think all public cafeterias and catered functions should offer all vegetarian fare, just to make it easy on those who don't eat beef, or pork, o shellfish, or only ceremonially slaughtered meat, or don't eat meat at all.
