This video shows the encounter of two young animals, and can not speak of actual combat. And if someone thinks that the tiger was injured or killed, this is not a wise person.
an adult grizzly bear would be too much for even a siberian.siberians occasionly hunt'russian brown bear'not the 'alaskan grizzly'(though russian brown bears r also quite large) and in that they risk they risk their lives too.and about lions taking on brown bear, the lion stands no chance. The video maker lionfan should check out in bbc news about how recently(in 2011) a tiger sneaked into a lion's enclosure in ankara zoo and mauled it to death.
The previous poster is obviously very upset that his dream of tigers beating all other predators including bears is false. Watching a juvenile bear beating an adult tiger is clearly distressing for him.
This fight is completely one sided, the tiger gets knocked over twice, just at the end of round 1 and then again half way through round 3. A larger grizzly would knocked it flat on its ass and mauled its soft underside with its massive paws. The tiger could swipe at the bear's face all day long and do very little serious damage. It's a boxing equivalent of a featherweight vs a super heavyweight.
Despite the misleading ending to this video, it still stands quite true to an ursine versus an felinae. Bears can easily dominate against anything their own size. Normally a bear would not attempt to prey on something such as a tiger. Tigers are abnormally courageous in their appetite. They often will hunt honey bears if the opportunity arises. However, when matched with a grizzly bear the tiger doesn't stand a chance. The grizzly is much stronger and thicker skinned than itself.
@jdthesexpert05 Good hearing that you realized the clips is misleading. If a tiger played the bears game, the chance would be small. But wild animals don't really fight like this. And the tiger figured out this almost at the end, but the clip stops there.
This is a staged movie of course. The tiger wasn't dead at the end. However, this video shows that tigers and brown bears of the same size are nearly in parity. Siberian tigers occasionally prey upon brown bears - some adult male tigers are bear hunters. Nevertheless, even experienced tigers will not go against a mature male brown bear. Their preys are adult bear females, at most.
@BillD2012 um dude, do you possess some clips about tigers and Grizzly Bears fighting or preying each other? if you have can you please send me the link? thanks man. :)
Male Lions will rarely go over 500lbs check Wikepedia for the facts . Big Male Grizzlies can stand 10 Ft tall and weigh as much as 1600 lbs . Check Wikepedia for the facts . Grizzlies have been known to kill a Bull Moose with a swipe to the head . Ever seen one of those ??? It looks like a Brontosaurus !!!!! Again !!!! Grizzly breaks Lions Back with a smack of the Paw
where it says after the fight and theres a dead tiger the stripe patterns are different so that wasnt the same tiger.in the fight video it just looked like a young bear and tiger play fighting.
@Matty18795 Even the tiger in the video doesn't look dead. This looks like it happened in a park, and to put the animals back, they have to be sedated. Then the editor of the clip simply by re-ordering the different sectors, it'd appear the way we see. Pay attention to the siren in the background, you'd get the clue that the scenes are out of the natual order.
se ve que a pesar de que es solo un grizzly muy joven le dio una paliza a ese tigre...que definitvamente termino muerto...esta demostrado que el oso es el animal carnivoro terrestre mas fuete de todos
I don't think you know what your talking about ! If a 400 lb male Lion tried messing with a 1100 pound grizzly the lion would end up getting its back broken . There's no shot in hell that a Lion would ever Kill a full grown Grizzly. A lion would have a hard enough time with a Black bear
@branham2 Lions weight more than that. Grizzly may weight more that you you said. Only if lions use more of their brains. According to my observation, they can't kill big bears. But it is hard to for bears to break lions back. Lions move fast enough.
@Fullmetalx51 I've seen a lioness scratching a black bear in the face a lot time ago. It's simple. The bear retreated. Another lion roared and force a bear to retreat over food dispute. I don't know if lions ever ate bears. Perhaps in the ancient Europe/Asia or long time ago that lions shared the habitats with black bears. If lions attacked in groups, for sure they'd be able to prey on bears. But I haven't heard of any records. For solo tigers, there are many actual footages that they eat bears.
@BillD2012 Lions don't eat anything. They don't eat other predators. Like in Africa, when lions kill hyenas or leopards, they just leave them dead. Actually I think it's pretty gross that a tiger would eat other predators. I heard that a tiger would even eat a leopard. To me that's kind of sick, but I guess meat is meat.
@Fullmetalx51 I've seen a lioness remove some cubs, then killed the last one, and start eating it. Some said that a raging bull buffalo might have wounded it. All cats may eat their young if dead. I've seen a lioness break her back up a tree and die. Her comrades pulled her off the tree and started eating it. When prey is abundent, this would happen less likely. But in extreme hunger, anything can happen. All cats like other cubs as food. I'm not surprized at all.
@BillD2012 Stop tryin to make nieeve ppl think tigers are the best land predator fighters.
Your just a tiger fanboy. You either like cats better which i can understand or you need to be mentally retarded to think a tiger can beat a grizzly, let alone a polar bear.
@Dawn18war I'm not just a fanboy of tigers, but of a lot of them including bears. The animals I watch most are lions, leopards, bears(polar, grizzly, panda), then tigers. I watch tigers much less, hard to capture them on cameras. Even a documentary is for tigers, they don't appear in the cameras that much.
I can pretty much tell you're a moron, As everyone can judge you by the way you write. Read your own comment and unless you rewrite it error free, I'd have to say you're retarded.
@elanxx There is an obvious mistake that the editor of this video forgot. He'd wanted to let people to think the tiger'd been killed while the bear was walking. But while the tiger was checked, there was no siren. During the fight and when the very last part that the bear walked out of water, you can hear the Siren. What a simple synthesis. A clear sign that the video was faked by a lion fanatic, as he put it, a lion would kill the bear by taking it down first.(I'm fair, unlikely for a lion)
@naturalneutrallife Are you fooling people? How would a lion make people happen?
What is between the fight and the tiger lying down.
Hadn't you said something like that I would not have any suspecion. How I think you stretched a little too far and I'm not surprised that you edited the video so it appears like that. Unless you come us with that part, we'd call you a liar, Prove it by provide the part missing as I said!
The editor's simply fooling people around by using words such as a lion will put the bear down! Clearly he is a lion fanatic too, by saying so, clearly he's got intention to fool people. A lion is much weaker than a tiger, also much weaker than a tiger, how could this happen?
The real point is, a wild tiger, with experience will avoid head-on attack, just as how they handle gaurs in India, attack the bear's spine etc. Since obviously the tiger is inexperienced, you've seen what happened.
I am not surprised. Given me the sections, if I were a bear fanatic, I can make it up like this. All I need to do is tranquilizing the tiger, and let a vet check it, and then say " hey the tiger is killed by the bear." In "My Life is a Zoo". etc, Vets do this a lot.
See, if you want to fool people it is not hard. Or the bear fantatic has to show us the part that the bear knocked out the tiger, the tiger fell, etc. Then I am convinced.
All the tiger fanbois must be crying after watching this video. Small juvenile Brown Bear demolished an adult Tiger. Bring on the adult Kodiaks and Polar Bears I say.
@elanxx First we don't see any scratch mark. Second it was not a continuous. The tiger "ran away" they it will just die? who knows what these people were doing. It is not continuously. Why not?
There are scratch marks on the bear's face.
Of course the tiger did not use the right strategy. It should avoid head-on. And attack from the rear or two flanks. Well, it is a tamed tiger, not trained for hunting. It does means that the tigers hunt bears in Russia is false. Those are wild tigers.
@BillD2012 Don't be hilarious, bear fanatic. It seems the bears is injured, and maybe the tigers too. It is possible that a vet is called in to check if both are injured. To do so, the vet has to tranquilized the tiger before the exam. That would appear like this. The tiger does look like it is dead.
Again, a contiuous footage's needed to prove that the bear "killed" the tiger. The tiger ran away alive, didn't it? At least, the part the the tiger collapsed has to be shown!

@elanxx This is not a juvenile bear, but big grizzly bear. You forget about some crucial facts: Grizzly/kodiak are not 100% carnivores. Polar bears hunt only smaller leg-less marine mammals. They can be killed by walrus once in water(Watch Planet Earth, ep. Ice Worlds), because that is playing the walrus' game. In this video, the tiger played the bear's game, w/o prior experience. However, the tiger never lost footing, but viewers are made to believe that the bear killed the tiger. Really?
@BillD2012 If that is an adult bear, it would be the smallest adult bear in existance. It is bloody tiny. Stand upright an adult bear is taller than an adult tiger (assuming same sex). This tiger is taller than this bear, meaning it is a juvenile.
@elanxx You said the tiger is 500-600lbs. OK, use this as reference. Now take a look at the bear, compare different areas of their bodies, how may times is the bear bigger? Note is the bear's waist is only 41% bigger., it would be actually 2 times bigger. 1.41x1.41=2. Easily the bear is 2 to 3 times the size of the tiger. As you said the bear isn't tall, it's because the tiger stood up straight. Cats walk on toes only, to move fast. Bears' hind pedals look quite like those of human feet.
@BillD2012 That tiger is no where near 500-600 lbs. It is probably in the 300 lbs range. The bear in the clip is probably 1.5x or twice that weight. But then again I'm just guessing from observation. An adult grizzly is 10 ft tall when standing, no tiger when standing on two legs can get near that. The tiger in this clip looks taller.
@elanxx A 300lbs tiger is a cub! The relative size matters.
Tiger cubs in the wild don't hunt. What are you trying to get?
When a tiger standing on it 2 toes, he is 1 foot taller than on his "Feet". (Cats and K-9's have a hind leg segement comparable to those of human feet, bears feet look more similar).
You're going to twist somehow again, and I am not particularly interested in further debate. But you probably realized it was edited by a lion fanatic, and tried to mislead people.
@elanxx The tiger was trying to hit the bear from top down, to prevent it from biting. You've seen many times the bears was scratched. And the bear pushed the tigeroff balance once. That wasn't enough to kill the tiger. I guess you've realized the clips is a hoax. At least you won't agree what he said about a lion, as you're a bear fan.
@jTAG7R Again, this is a tamed tiger. And you know such tigers can't be released into the wild because they've never been trained to hunt. You can find tiger rewilding clips here, and they start from hunting chicks first to built up experience. It the wild, it take more than a year for young tigers to learn from their mothers.
@blake30615 actually Siberian Tigers weigh up to 850 lbs, and it on video where they have killed kodiak brown bears. Google it, and as I said b4 a bear is one of my favorite animals! But it wont win everytime nuttin on earth ever does. Dats like sayin mike tyson could never lose a fight against a average person. Jus cuz he is a boxer and has power. If he fights enuff ppl eventually he would lose to a average person. No 1 person or animal wins all the time
To all idiots, Bears win sometimes and Tigers win sometimes! No 1 animal ever wins every time. U sound like idiots, Do u really think everytime a bear fights a tiger it wins? The fights go either way jus depends on the Tiger or Bear! I like both animals but not bias. Anyway that tiger is huge, it looks as big as the Bear.
@MannyRipDCLife 100 % of the time a kodiak or alaskan brown bear would win. Your talking about bears that weight over thousand pounds vs. a tiger at 600 lbs. no competition.
thats true a lion could kill a bear if its down but firs it has to get it down a lion would have a very hard time getting like a 1100 pound grizzly bear to the ground . and if the lion cant get it down over time the lion would most likly run cuse its a hard challenge and would rather go for sumthin eiser.
@bounchofbeaners lions dont run off they fight until they die but ur right a grizzly, kodiak, and polar bear would all destroy the lion or tiger easily.
@Dawn18war i dont think lions fight until they die cuse i saw this vid that showed a pack of lions going after a giraffe and they got their asses kicked and ran off
@Dawn18war No they run off, only time lions do not run is when they strongly seeking dominance and seeks death or dominance but only against its own kind. A lion will run any day when it see's rhinos, wilderbeast, bison, elephant, giraffe and even large hyena packs.
@bounchofbeaners There is no evidence that a solo lion ever killed a bear. They don't share habitat. And lions are so much weaker, unless they fight very cautiously, it is hard to beat a bear. Male lions are hardly so. That why lions chance is nearly 0. However, there there many examples that tigers can make it happen. Especially the wild ones with experience. Some bear-fans argue it is not possible for tigers to beat Kodiaks. Well, they don't coexist, hard to say, but in Russia this happened.
@BillD2012 Kodiaks don't live in Russia. Other species of brown bears do. Tiger never go near Russian bears over 800 lbs. When the two meet it is usually over a kill that the tiger has made. The bears always help themselves to the tiger's kill and the tiger runs away. Why, because if they fight the tiger would lose. I give the tiger some credit being intelligent enough to realise this. Lions would probably fight and get killed.
Bears are also known for taking down their prey with their size and strength needless to say no lion or tiger is going to win a battle against a bear by trying to take the bear down, it just wouldn't work. Bears are too big and strong.
A large male lion weighs between 500-600 pounds, a siberian tiger is a little larger on average than a male lion, but a large grizzly can weigh in over 1,200 pounds... do the math, and yes, that was fake as hell lol!!
did anyone notice they were fighting near tables? People could be eating peacefully and suddenly bears and tigers attack the camp and eat humans... nice :D
Also for those that think grizzly may be stronger then polar bear, well polar bear has about 1/3 more bone density then a grizzly, it nearly rivals a rhino in bone density meaning its capable of supporting nearly that of a rhinos muscle strength.
A lions forearm bone density is nearly that of a grizzlies, But to think a lion would tackle a animal that can lift 700 pound with 1 hand is pretty insane.when a bear is on its back it can be much like a cat itself to claw and peel anything off it and its spine naturaly rolls it to its feet. Thing is this isnt just a large animal these cats are trying to kill, its a large predator that has flexability and agility far greater then any large animal theyve ever killed.
"to beat a bear, the bear must be taken down to ground first"... lol well, try it?.......... a bear does what he wants if a bear wants to lay on the ground he does, if a bear wants to kill a moose he does, if a bear wants to kill a tiger he does it without any effort. if a bear wants to eat berries he does etc. etc.
lol and this isn't even a full grown adult grizzly bear. imagine how a big grizzly would easily tear that tiger apart. bear is just way and way too strong. tiger is no chance
@leonfia01 yea ur right. Grizzly bears is one of the dangerous animal on our planet. Really strong really fast and bonecrushing jaws. And the aggresion it has. Then he get even more dangerous
Tiger musculature makes compromises and loses strength for agility. Bears have high amounts of twitch muscle fibre and their cardio is built to supply the "swiping" muscles with oxygen first. As a result, one professor estimated a grizzly paw swipe would have about 5 times the force of a siberian tiger's swipe, and would still have the stamina to keep up. In other words, a siberian tiger can outrun and outclimb a grizzly, but all else being equal a bear will crush a tiger in a fight.
Now a Grizzly Bear can turn over a 700lbs rock easily (and I do mean easily) with one paw!! I have seen it more than once on documentaries.
So the question is this, can a Siberian Tiger kill an animal twice his size, which also has canines and big tough claws and can be as ferocious as him, assuming both are healthy and in their prime?? I don't know!!
And by the way, although this is a movie, it looked like both animals were really fighting, just pause at 0:57-0:58, you can clearly see that the Bear's face has claw marks.
And to whoever say Tigers can easily kill Grizzly or Brown bears, let's do a little comparison:
@bttawfiq actualy the average bite pressure of a bear is 1200-1600 ibs though the back pressure some have recorded up to 4000 pounds. A tiger is around 1200 they do have the deadlier teeth, but even with their teeth on a 1000 pound bear its gonna take more then then just a solid bite, it would most likley tire out well befor it kills the bear. Only way i see bear capable of being killed past 1000 pounds is hibernation.
Unless unlucky polar bear gets struck by a walrus on high ground.
You know, I love it when some people say things such as: (Tigers can easily destroy Lions) or the exact opposite for that matter, hilarious!! they talk like experts or like they have seen with their own eyes one animal CLEARLY leaving the other dead and breathless, REAL EXPERTS never had a SOLID PROOF of who is superior the Lion or the Tiger, all they say is speculation, some experts say Lion, some say Tiger, one thing I'm sure of: non of the two can kill the other (EASILY) it's only logical!!
grizzly's mouth r shapped like dogs, pitbulls have the same moth shape as grizzlys, and grizzlys have deadlier claws than any other land animal with claws.
@SaeedBaba. You do know that that Is a young Grizzly in this movie and not a fully grow Male? A full growing mature Grizzly would make the Grizzly in this video look small.
Watched this Video and then laughed at the end when it said a Lion could defeat a Grizzly haha, A Lion cant beat a Tiger so how do you work that out? hahaha
Hahaha, first you see two animals triained to play together and then you see a sedated Tiger, hahahaha! When will people realize this is footage from a movie?
That having been said, Siberian Tigers are known to occasionally kill russian grizzlys, whilst there are no accounts of the opposite ever having occured.
@bellator11 You cannot train an animal to "prtend to fight" these animals were actually fighting as best they could. And it is obvious the bear overwhelmed the tiger.
@bellator11 Actually, it's quite the opposite. There is not even one record of a tiger killing an adult male brown bear, but PLENTY of brown bears killing adult male Siberian tigers. According to Chapter 19 (Relationship between tigers, brown bears, and Himalayan black bears) of Tigers of the Sikhote-Alin Reserve: Ecology and Conservation, brown bears will kill tigers in cub/self-defense, in food disputes, or even for consumption. 600 lb cat vs 1500 lb bear. The winner is obvious.
while I do not support the lion statement in this video, and it is obvious these two animals were play-fighting; the last statement in your comment is not fully true. Tigers can and do kill YOUNG Brown bears in Siberia, but no accounts have ever been found of them killing adults. On the inverse, fatality records from Russian zoologists do confirm several sub-adult and adult tigers killed in brutal fights with bears
@bellator11 o man, there are tons of materials about bears killing and eating tigers in siberia, start with wikipedia and lairweb and some good books, if you want to know the truth about this
@Sevv9220 Sorry I am not sure what you want to say. You wrote only a single sentence. Pls elaborate. Are there recorded video that bears and tigers fight? I've only seen tigers eat bears both in Russia and India. As of the others, just word accounts.
You might have seen what I have written here. The uploader of this clip needs to provide the missing part to prove his point. If he hadn't put any words in between, I would not start suspective. Now he's reveals his intention.
@BillD2012 I just realized that I responded to the wrong video. There's another video I was commenting on and I must have put the comment I intended for that one here. Sorry about that.
@BillD2012 Dude this tiger got its ass handed to itself by a domesticated zoo bear which looked to be about 500-600 lbs. The tiger spent the entire fight going backwards, no answer to the bear's brute strength. Even if the tiger tried to attack from the side or rear, the bear would simply turn to face the attack. They're not slow. Stick a 1800 lb Kodiak bear in there and pwnage would be even more awesome.
@elanxx Nobody expects a tiger to overwhelm a bear by engaging it in Judo style type of wrestling. Most of the big games of cats could overwhelm them by sheer force. Almost all wild predators would kill a bigger prey by non-frontal attacks. bears included.(polar vs walrus) At the end of the fight, as bear fanatic thought that the tiger ran away, the tiger actually figured out by testing that was wrong approach. The video ended there, following by a scene as though the tiger died.
@Fullmetalx51 As I said earlier, grizzlies don't share habitat with tigers. Their closest relative is brown bears in Russia. They're part of tigers diet, more than 5%.
People think that because bears are bigger then they can't be killed. The fact is felines are the only few animals that regularly kill prey 3x their own weight, higher for tigers. A lot time it is not simply wrestling, but using tricks. Some of the people don't know how they'd do it. Watch more clips, it is not hard to find out.
Grizzly Bears kill Siberian Tigers, I don't see how it would be any different. The only disadvantage a Grizzly has is that it Hibernates and it leaves itself vulnerable during winter. Grizzly's aren't Black Bears, they love to show dominance. I don't think it would stand down for a Polar bear let alone a tiger.
@Juliz yeah you are right. i've seen this video like 3 years ago where a grizzly was fighting a full grown african male lion and the lion was killed in 20 minutes. its jaws were dislocated, shoulder bones busted in, and the bear was absolutely fine except for few scratches and bruises. if a grizzly can kill a full grown african male lion, then it may be able to kill a siberian tiger as well.
They were just playing.....No display of aggression from either animal, sound was fake replayed over and over again.....That was not a real fight at all, but for the record the bear would kill a tiger
@jsvalino Really? Then give me a good explanation as to why a lion would take a huge brown bear, but a tiger wouldn't. And a lion would not take a rhino either.
@jsvalino I know, which is really biased. It makes no sense to say that about the lion, but then say the opposite about the tiger. A brown bear can weigh 1200 lbs, yeah the lion has a real good chance.
if this was a real fight i would definately favour the tiger. The bear is certanly heavier but even in this playfight the tiger grasps the bears neck two times. In real fights this could just be the end because the tiger would throw its self to the ground. It would be really hard for the bear to get released from a good neck bite.I have seen more than 3 brown bear-tiger fights in russia with this size diference and the bear never won even if some times seemed to have an advantage.
@lourenlouken could you record next time? because one of the most debatable topics of animal fights is a bear vs a big cat. i would personally favour a grizzly bear over any adult big cat. if you could get footage of that happening. i, and a million others would appreciate it.
@jsvalino Umm you do know this is a movie right? Google 'The Beasts Are on the Streets' Both those animals were trained by a man named Randy Miller. That was his 700lb Amur Tiger named Shere Khan. This is not a real fight my friend.....
Nope, It was a movie made in 1979 named "The Beasts Are On The Street, I just looked at you channel and you say you "HATE" Tigers. How can you actually hate a beautiful animal like a Tiger? Your hate towards Tigers is rather unhealthy. Lions are wonderful too, How can you discredit one animal and support the other? a Tiger would shred a Lion one vs one and a Bear would shred a Tiger and a Lion most off the time. All though Tigers have evolved as Bear killers. I give them a better chance.

@KiwizNz4lyfe sorry to but in but you said a tiger would shred a lion. That it totall BOLLOX! Dont comment on youtube if you have no idea in what your talking about. They don't call the tiger the "king of the jungle" do they! It's the Lion for a reason! Lion beats a tiger and a bear would beat all of them. The end. Lesson over. Class dissmissed.
@goodcat1982 Lions dont live in the jungle. Do some research befor you think lion is the king, cape buffalo are owning lions as i type and killing there cubs just like they kill their calfs. And theres never been a record of a 800+pound bear being killed by a kneck wound or spine wound, so a lion aint gonna change that. lions have 1 inch of skin protecting the spine, and their spine bone is half the density of a bears spine.3-4inches of fat 2 inches of fur beats 4 inches of k9.
@girtrute i stopped reading after your first sentance. Lions DO live in jungles as well as other places YOU STUPID UNEDUCATED THINK CUNT!!!!!!!! You're the one who needs to some reseacrch you little child. At 29 years of age i think i know a thing or 2 about the the most famous species on our planet! Your moron! Your reply will go straight to my spam bin. Jesus there is no one normal on youtube! Just weird kids that think they are clever. Gir Jungle in india. Goodle it you thick cunt
@goodcat1982 im 27 years old dumbass and your trying to say lions live in the jungle when its a subspecies thats not even a lion. grow up."google it lol" you hear yourself your getting mad about people using the internet for facts when your trying to do the same thing. the 500ib lion species does not live in the jungle.
@girtrute...omg did your mum drop you as a baby or something??? I never said anything about lions weighing over a certain weight! you said that AFTER my comment. lol stop trying to twist what i said. LIONS DO LIVE IN JUNGLES. END OF. I CAN'T SAY ANYMORE THAN THAT. YOU'RE TOO THICK TO REALISE YOU ARE WRONG. BYE BABY
@girtrute IM NOT TRYING TO BACK ANYTHING UP YOU CLOWN. ALL I SAID WAS LIONS CAN LIVE IN JUNGLES. YOU'RE THE ONE GOING ON ABOUT LIONS OVER A CERTAIN WEIGHT. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I SAID. AT 27 YOU STILL HAVEN'T LEARNT TO READ PROPERLY. LOL IMBRED
@goodcat1982 becouse the reply about being in the jungle is just bs its a sub species of lions. for one who talks about not reading you dont read very well. there for the lion refered to king of the jungle does not live in the jungle, keep throwing insults becouse thats all you can do. your just a sissy behind the computer talking smack, you wouldnt say shit to anyone in face to face situation.
@goodcat1982 also your talking about a national park, thats very heavily protected. those lions are pretty much in a large zoo.and they dont reach over 450 ibs in the wild. the heaviest ever hunted was 492 ibs. but its pretty clear they cant seem to survive the jungle without human intervention.
@goodcat1982 They got the name do to hunters, not do to animal fighting. the only record of a lion fighting a grizzly, its said that the lion lost rather easily once it made a mistake, thats the difference between bear and other predators it can make lots of mistakes and still roll the fight to its advantage, becouse one of tis advantages is its rolling skin,if something jumps on its back or neck it will just roll into the bears grip. thats why when they get past 500 pound only hunters kill them.
they are both young and they are playing. This is not even an intense playfight. This kind of fights shows nothing there is also a playfight between an enormous black bear and and a 350 pounds tiger at 'bear, lion, tiger at noah'ark 2.avi' and the tiger wins.
I believe that a bear can beat a tiger but this is ridiculous

This fight is completely one sided, the tiger gets knocked over twice, just at the end of round 1 and then again half way through round 3. A larger grizzly would knocked it flat on its ass and mauled its soft underside with its massive paws. The tiger could swipe at the bear's face all day long and do very little serious damage. It's a boxing equivalent of a featherweight vs a super heavyweight.

That wasn't a fully grown up grizzly.. And a lion could never take a grizzly bear down to...

The grizzly is much stronger and thicker skinned than itself.
jdthesexpert05 2 weeks ago
@jdthesexpert05 Good hearing that you realized the clips is misleading. If a tiger played the bears game, the chance would be small. But wild animals don't really fight like this. And the tiger figured out this almost at the end, but the clip stops there.
In the clip it is already a grizzly bear.
BillD2012 1 week ago
This is a staged movie of course. The tiger wasn't dead at the end. However, this video shows that tigers and brown bears of the same size are nearly in parity. Siberian tigers occasionally prey upon brown bears - some adult male tigers are bear hunters. Nevertheless, even experienced tigers will not go against a mature male brown bear. Their preys are adult bear females, at most.

where it says after the fight and theres a dead tiger the stripe patterns are different so that wasnt the same tiger.in the fight video it just looked like a young bear and tiger play fighting.
Matty18795 3 weeks ago
@Matty18795 Even the tiger in the video doesn't look dead. This looks like it happened in a park, and to put the animals back, they have to be sedated. Then the editor of the clip simply by re-ordering the different sectors, it'd appear the way we see. Pay attention to the siren in the background, you'd get the clue that the scenes are out of the natual order.

I don't think you know what your talking about ! If a 400 lb male Lion tried messing with a 1100 pound grizzly the lion would end up getting its back broken . There's no shot in hell that a Lion would ever Kill a full grown Grizzly. A lion would have a hard enough time with a Black bear

@branham2 I seen a lion handle a black bear with no problem.
Fullmetalx51 3 weeks ago
@branham2 Lions weight more than that. Grizzly may weight more that you you said. Only if lions use more of their brains. According to my observation, they can't kill big bears. But it is hard to for bears to break lions back. Lions move fast enough.
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
@BillD2012 There's a video where a lion beat a black bear.
Fullmetalx51 3 weeks ago
@Fullmetalx51 I've seen a lioness scratching a black bear in the face a lot time ago. It's simple. The bear retreated. Another lion roared and force a bear to retreat over food dispute. I don't know if lions ever ate bears. Perhaps in the ancient Europe/Asia or long time ago that lions shared the habitats with black bears. If lions attacked in groups, for sure they'd be able to prey on bears. But I haven't heard of any records. For solo tigers, there are many actual footages that they eat bears.
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
@BillD2012 Lions don't eat anything. They don't eat other predators. Like in Africa, when lions kill hyenas or leopards, they just leave them dead. Actually I think it's pretty gross that a tiger would eat other predators. I heard that a tiger would even eat a leopard. To me that's kind of sick, but I guess meat is meat.
Fullmetalx51 3 weeks ago
@Fullmetalx51 I've seen a lioness remove some cubs, then killed the last one, and start eating it. Some said that a raging bull buffalo might have wounded it. All cats may eat their young if dead. I've seen a lioness break her back up a tree and die. Her comrades pulled her off the tree and started eating it. When prey is abundent, this would happen less likely. But in extreme hunger, anything can happen. All cats like other cubs as food. I'm not surprized at all.
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
@BillD2012 Stop tryin to make nieeve ppl think tigers are the best land predator fighters.

Dawn18war 3 weeks ago
@Dawn18war I'm not just a fanboy of tigers, but of a lot of them including bears. The animals I watch most are lions, leopards, bears(polar, grizzly, panda), then tigers. A clear sign that the video was faked by a lion fanatic, as he put it, a lion would kill the bear by taking it down first.(I'm fair, unlikely for a lion)
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
@naturalneutrallife Are you fooling people? How would a lion make people happen?
What is between the fight and the tiger lying down.
Hadn't you said something like that I would not have any suspecion. How I think you stretched a little too far and I'm not surprised that you edited the video so it appears like that. Unless you come us with that part, we'd call you a liar, Prove it by provide the part missing as I said!
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
The editor's simply fooling people around by using words such as a lion will put the bear down! Clearly he is a lion fanatic too, by saying so, clearly he's got intention to fool people. A lion is much weaker than a tiger, also much weaker than a tiger, how could this happen?
The real point is, a wild tiger, with experience will avoid head-on attack, just as how they handle gaurs in India, attack the bear's spine etc. Since obviously the tiger is inexperienced, you've seen what happened.
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
I am not surprised. Given me the sections, if I were a bear fanatic, I can make it up like this. All I need to do is tranquilizing the tiger, and let a vet check it, and then say " hey the tiger is killed by the bear." In "My Life is a Zoo". etc, Vets do this a lot.
See, if you want to fool people it is not hard. Or the bear fantatic has to show us the part that the bear knocked out the tiger, the tiger fell, etc. Then I am convinced.
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
All the tiger fanbois must be crying after watching this video. Small juvenile Brown Bear demolished an adult Tiger. Bring on the adult Kodiaks and Polar Bears I say.
elanxx 3 weeks ago
@elanxx First we don't see any scratch mark. Second it was not a continuous. The tiger "ran away" they it will just die? who knows what these people were doing. It is not continuously. Why not?
There are scratch marks on the bear's face.
Of course the tiger did not use the right strategy. It should avoid head-on. And attack from the rear or two flanks. Well, it is a tamed tiger, not trained for hunting. It does means that the tigers hunt bears in Russia is false. Those are wild tigers.
BillD2012 3 weeks ago

Really?
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
@BillD2012 If that is an adult bear, it would be the smallest adult bear in existance. It is bloody tiny. Stand upright an adult bear is taller than an adult tiger (assuming same sex). This tiger is taller than this bear, meaning it is a juvenile.
elanxx 3 weeks ago
@elanxx You said the tiger is 500-600lbs. OK, use this as reference. Now take a look at the bear, compare different areas of their bodies, how may times is the bear bigger? Note is the bear's waist is only 41% bigger., it would be actually 2 times bigger. 1.41x1.41=2. Easily the bear is 2 to 3 times the size of the tiger. As you said the bear isn't tall, it's because the tiger stood up straight. Cats walk on toes only, to move fast. Bears' hind pedals look quite like those of human feet.
BillD2012 2 weeks ago
@BillD2012 That tiger is no where near 500-600 lbs. It is probably in the 300 lbs range. The bear in the clip is probably 1.5x or twice that weight. But then again I'm just guessing from observation. An adult grizzly is 10 ft tall when standing, no tiger when standing on two legs can get near that. The tiger in this clip looks taller.
elanxx 1 week ago
@elanxx A 300lbs tiger is a cub! The relative size matters.
Tiger cubs in the wild don't hunt. What are you trying to get?
When a tiger standing on it 2 toes, he is 1 foot taller than on his "Feet". (Cats and K-9's have a hind leg segement comparable to those of human feet, bears feet look more similar).
You're going to twist somehow again, and I am not particularly interested in further debate. But you probably realized it was edited by a lion fanatic, and tried to mislead people.
BillD2012 1 week ago
@elanxx The tiger was trying to hit the bear from top down, to prevent it from biting. You've seen many times the bears was scratched. And the bear pushed the tigeroff balance once. That wasn't enough to kill the tiger. I guess you've realized the clips is a hoax. At least you won't agree what he said about a lion, as you're a bear fan.

@Dawn18war No they run off, only time lions do not run is when they strongly seeking dominance and seeks death or dominance but only against its own kind. A lion will run any day when it see's rhinos, wilderbeast, bison, elephant, giraffe and even large hyena packs.
girtrute 1 month ago
@Dawn18war Agree, Good to see there are some intelligent people on this site. All these lion and tiger fanbois are deluding themselves. Bears rule!
elanxx 3 weeks ago
@bounchofbeaners There is no evidence that a solo lion ever killed a bear. They don't share habitat. And lions are so much weaker, unless they fight very cautiously, it is hard to beat a bear. Male lions are hardly so. That why lions chance is nearly 0. However, there there many examples that tigers can make it happen. Especially the wild ones with experience. Some bear-fans argue it is not possible for tigers to beat Kodiaks. Well, they don't coexist, hard to say, but in Russia this happened.
BillD2012 3 weeks ago
@BillD2012 Kodiaks don't live in Russia. Other species of brown bears do. Tiger never go near Russian bears over 800 lbs. When the two meet it is usually over a kill that the tiger has made. The bears always help themselves to the tiger's kill and the tiger runs away. Why, because if they fight the tiger would lose. I give the tiger some credit being intelligent enough to realise this. Lions would probably fight and get killed.

Also for those that think grizzly may be stronger then polar bear, well polar bear has about 1/3 more bone density then a grizzly, it nearly rivals a rhino in bone density meaning its capable of supporting nearly that of a rhinos muscle strength.
girtrute 3 months ago
A lions forearm bone density is nearly that of a grizzlies, But to think a lion would tackle a animal that can lift 700 pound with 1 hand is pretty insane.when a bear is on its back it can be much like a cat itself to claw and peel anything off it and its spine naturaly rolls it to its feet. Thing is this isnt just a large animal these cats are trying to kill, its a large predator that has flexability and agility far greater then any large animal theyve ever killed.

GoldBone626 4 months ago
Tiger musculature makes compromises and loses strength for agility. Bears have high amounts of twitch muscle fibre and their cardio is built to supply the "swiping" muscles with oxygen first. As a result, one professor estimated a grizzly paw swipe would have about 5 times the force of a siberian tiger's swipe, and would still have the stamina to keep up. In other words, a siberian tiger can outrun and outclimb a grizzly, but all else being equal a bear will crush a tiger in a fight.
headhunter1945 4 months ago
@headhunter1945 lol who said that
Dom20002007 3 months ago
Now a Grizzly Bear can turn over a 700lbs rock easily (and I do mean easily) with one paw!! I have seen it more than once on documentaries.
So the question is this, can a Siberian Tiger kill an animal twice his size, which also has canines and big tough claws and can be as ferocious as him, assuming both are healthy and in their prime?? I don't know!!
bttawfiq 4 months ago
And by the way, although this is a movie, it looked like both animals were really fighting, just pause at 0:57-0:58, you can clearly see that the Bear's face has claw marks.
And to whoever say Tigers can easily kill Grizzly or Brown bears, let's do a little comparison:
Biggest Tiger species: Siberian Tiger, 650-800lbs, 1000lbs+ bite, 3 inch claws
Biggest Brown Bear: Kodiak Bear, 1300-1500lbs, 850lbs+ bite, 4-6 inch claws
Bengal Tiger: 450-550lbs
Grizzly Bear: 800-1000lbs
I'll continue....
bttawfiq 4 months ago
@bttawfiq actualy the average bite pressure of a bear is 1200-1600 ibs though the back pressure some have recorded up to 4000 pounds. A tiger is around 1200 they do have the deadlier teeth, but even with their teeth on a 1000 pound bear its gonna take more then then just a solid bite, it would most likley tire out well befor it kills the bear. Only way i see bear capable of being killed past 1000 pounds is hibernation.
Unless unlucky polar bear gets struck by a walrus on high ground.

FrenchBulldogWinston 2 months ago in playlist Favorite videos

@jsvalino Really? Then give me a good explanation as to why a lion would take a huge brown bear, but a tiger wouldn't. And a lion would not take a rhino either.
davidspade200 6 months ago
@davidspade200
It says in the video that a lion would tackle a bear.
jsvalino 6 months ago
@jsvalino I know, which is really biased. It makes no sense to say that about the lion, but then say the opposite about the tiger. A brown bear can weigh 1200 lbs, yeah the lion has a real good chance.
davidspade200 6 months ago
Hahahahaha poor tiger. Lion is the king!

@cassano911 i'm calm.I always write many things on my comments.

if this was a real fight i would definately favour the tiger. The bear is certanly heavier but even in this playfight the tiger grasps the bears neck two times. In real fights this could just be the end because the tiger would throw its self to the ground. It would be really hard for the bear to get released from a good neck bite.I have seen more than 3 brown bear-tiger fights in russia with this size diference and the bear never won even if some times seemed to have an advantage.
lourenlouken 6 months ago
@lourenlouken could you record next time? because one of the most debatable topics of animal fights is a bear vs a big cat. i would personally favour a grizzly bear over any adult big cat. if you could get footage of that happening. i, and a million others would appreciate it.

@lourenlouken
Haha your tiger is dead. Stop making excuses. Lion is the true king!
jsvalino 6 months ago
@jsvalino Umm you do know this is a movie right? Google 'The Beasts Are on the Streets' Both those animals were trained by a man named Randy Miller. That was his 700lb Amur Tiger named Shere Khan. This is not a real fight my friend.....

@KiwizNz4lyfe
Not real fight my butt. Stop making excuses. Tiger KO'ed plain and simple.
jsvalino 6 months ago

Class dissmissed.
goodcat1982 2 months ago 2
@goodcat1982 Lions dont live in the jungle. Do some research befor you think lion is the king, cape buffalo are owning lions as i type and killing there cubs just like they kill their calfs. And theres never been a record of a 800+pound bear being killed by a kneck wound or spine wound, so a lion aint gonna change that. lions have 1 inch of skin protecting the spine, and their spine bone is half the density of a bears spine.3-4inches of fat 2 inches of fur beats 4 inches of k9.

goodcat1982 1 month ago

girtrute 2 months ago
@girtrute IM NOT TRYING TO BACK ANYTHING UP YOU CLOWN. ALL I SAID WAS LIONS CAN LIVE IN JUNGLES. YOU'RE THE ONE GOING ON ABOUT LIONS OVER A CERTAIN WEIGHT. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I SAID. AT 27 YOU STILL HAVEN'T LEARNT TO READ PROPERLY. LOL IMBRED
goodcat1982 1 month ago
@goodcat1982 becouse the reply about being in the jungle is just bs its a sub species of lions. for one who talks about not reading you dont read very well. there for the lion refered to king of the jungle does not live in the jungle, keep throwing insults becouse thats all you can do. your just a sissy behind the computer talking smack, you wouldnt say shit to anyone in face to face situation.
girtrute 1 month ago
@girtrute lol you are the thickest person ive ever come accross on youtube. Everything i said is correct. i wont reply anymore. bye troll.
goodcat1982 1 month ago
@goodcat1982 also your talking about a national park, thats very heavily protected. those lions are pretty much in a large zoo.and they dont reach over 450 ibs in the wild. the heaviest ever hunted was 492 ibs. but its pretty clear they cant seem to survive the jungle without human intervention.
girtrute 2 months ago
@goodcat1982 They got the name do to hunters, not do to animal fighting. the only record of a lion fighting a grizzly, its said that the lion lost rather easily once it made a mistake, thats the difference between bear and other predators it can make lots of mistakes and still roll the fight to its advantage, becouse one of tis advantages is its rolling skin,if something jumps on its back or neck it will just roll into the bears grip. thats why when they get past 500 pound only hunters kill them.
girtrute 2 months ago
they are both young and they are playing. This is not even an intense playfight. This kind of fights shows nothing there is also a playfight between an enormous black bear and and a 350 pounds tiger at 'bear, lion, tiger at noah'ark 2.avi' and the tiger wins.
lourenlouken 6 months ago
@lourenlouken also no black bear is enormous.. lol.
