I like to listen to Teresa's songs but I am not really a fan. Instead I am a great fan of Sam Hui's. Having said that, compliments must be given where they are due. Teresa has given this song a new dimension, a different treatment. I think this version is much better than the original. Teresa was a fantastic singer. R.I.P.

@boneymasala This singer is Teresa Teng of Taiwan. She emerged in early 70's singing Mandarin songs and was hugely popular in S.E. Asia. Her popularity surged after she moved her base to Japan in the later half of 70's. In fact, I would dare say, she gained international recognisance as a result of her move to Japan. She died of asthma in 1994. Her popularity has never waned as younger people embrace her.
