hey bud i go on haslem park usually on sundays the play area and the park itself is quite a good place to free run around and theres a big tree to climb and chill at the top haha nice talking to u take care

yeah - it requires skill and experience - you obviously don't just go out and do crazy tricks like this - you have to train and build up to more complex stuff.

yeah - watch Dotajames' video - we split up and he filmed a lot of the parkour. I was just sticking with some mates who chose to follow the flips lol:)

My flips are way better than my parkour. So when I get back to training I'm gonna do a lot more parkour in preparation for Lisses (even though that's a year a way.)
