WOW...what was that?? Griffon in the Chappel??? Never saw this. 0_o Yeah.. First DMC is epic. Horror, action (grenade launcher NICE!!). What comes close is the 3rd DMC. But I have little problems with the opponents there. No tank like Phantom, no strategy thinking as by Nightmare. But the rest is brilliant. DMC and DMC3 are the only parts I would play again. (Even the moves of Vergil in part 3 are basically the same as of Nelo Angelo in part one!!)

none of the devil may cry's in heart and mind lived up to this one in my honest opinion.. the feel of this game used to send chills down my back.. when i was a young child i couldn't play it without getting scared of the bloody puppets.. where did this dark alluring feel go past this one? i sit down and play this and feel excited to remember the horror/ action/ adventure base that devil may cry used to represent.. that is no longer there..

Awesome Trailer. I love this because I see so many details and cinemas that didnt make it in the original game. Like griffen crashing through where the phantom did, and the sword was a different design. Yet they now they have rebooted it with what looks like a pole-smoking reject from a broadway showtunes tap dancing emo-whiner

I love Devil May Cry and Dragon Age Origins. And yet, I also love and enjoy "casual" games such as Peggle and Bejewled. Don't hate on simpler games.
