i used 50lb elastic bands on my one with reinforced steel as the limbs and i put a 3ft peice of bambo that i carved myself as the ammo with a small iron arrowhead so it flys in a straight line and its got 1ft of penatration on meat from 50 ft back

Today I found a huge rubberband in my homeroom and dury study hall i took out a pen. Pulled it all the way back & it shot like 100 mph at the celing and i dint look up and the was a light above me and It smashed through the sheet of glass shattering it. It fell on me. No damage It turned into tiny bits luckyily. And it smashed the light and the glass from those like huge light rods fell of my desk. WRONG thats a sling shot( sorry for doin this) a bow uses string and as you pull back the string the bow bends, a sling shot uses rubber materiel to luanch an item(rocks pens etc, and you cant lunch rocks on a string)
