thanks for uploading. not sure why the guy from rolling stone is in everyone of these and whats with the record execs? wish they'd just talk to the band and the recording engineers or anyone with actual relevant knowledge
@NoRosesForMe Mate, it's not his fault he was alive in that period of time and witnessed the psychedelic rock scene of the late '60s. He's NOT in all documentaries, don't be exaggerant and also he ain't worth the trouble.
@Clubs4Metal NOT being exagerrant! Just tellin the truth. He is ALWAYS talkin and yammerin and hes just a mouth. Thats it. A mouth. I tune in,,,,,there he is. TV,,,Youtube,,,whatever. Hes so snooty and know-it-allish. Fuck him. 'Scuse my language please "Jenny" Peace
@Clubs4Metal BY THE WAY (!!) ,,,I have refused to buy Rolling Stone since their little issue featuring THEIR idea of the best guitarists of all time. It was bullshit. RORY GALLAGHER was not even mentioned. He was / is the absolute best. Ever. And the man was not even mentioned. No surprise. Its all about who sells and who is the topping the charts HERE in the states. Rolling Stone can burn. So,,,,ya see why I hate that over-rated rag? xx But I do wish you peace. hehe ♥
Jack Bruce was so yummy....still a very wonderful, lovely man. But they dont make em liek that anymore......*sigh*....So beautiful. Was OBSESSED with this for years! YEARS. Love that vinyl. Always in my heart. ♥
Cream was heavy before heavy was a big deal in rock music. Disreali Gears is a fantastic album. Cream is one of those bands I enjoy thanks to my father and even though my musical tastes fall mostly on the metal side of the spectrum, I love the great late 60's/early 70's heavy blues rock that was around.
He is great and one of the best but I think Phil Spector as nuts as he is is the best.He created a whole style of producing and sound. The Wall of Sound was his creation and no other producer can make a claim like that.
Why do they always have to have that pompous pretentious blow heart from "rolling stone magazine " yes the same people that broke up Cream. This critic lol is a joke and I like how he calls them all by there first name like he is great friends with all of them. He is a no talent hack i.e. a critic. Sorry to rant , but I am so sick of seeing and worse hearing him all the time.
@alexlancer11 His lack of talent doesn't really matter. Because he has been a critic for so long, he knows more about the evolution of British rock music than most other people.
@raizumichin Well at least he is better then that piece of &$%# Lester Bangs. Of course rolling stone magazine are the same idiots that hired him too.
@CaptainHellblaze Well that was always part of the tension , but it is a fact Jack and Ginger wanted to keep it going. Eric Clapton has said many times in interviews that the Rolling Stone Magazine article was the reason for the break up and Ginger has mentioned how much it hurt Eric and broke up the band too. What do they expect from retards who would hire a piece of S#@& like Lester Bangs.

@winstonsmith60626 also the drummer from iron butterfly did the cape thing. i dont understand why they have a cape but i guess its becuase of the time. you know that the 60s were full of crazy shitt outfits and this is one of them.
@jwjeffrey, true. Ginger Baker created the magic that is Cream, but Ahmet had something to do with Cream's marketing strategies for "Disraeli Gears". Without that, it wouldn't have sold as well as it did then or now.

To say that the rolling stone magazine was the reason behind the breakup of cream is a falsity
they might have added to it, but it was mainly just the same squabbling between jack and ginger that had been going on since before the band formed.

R.I.P. Ahmet Ertegun. Had he not discovered Eric Clapton, there would be no Cream or "Disraeli Gears".

@MrPman851 Ginger Baker is responsible for Cream not Ahmet Etegun.
