Most people don't really understand exactly what disruptive technology means. Basic meaning is, Tech that completely changes the way things are done, made, or used. Example, the transistor changed the way all electronics are made and designed. Mphase has 2 products here that will actually change every application for existing products in the marketplace. I mean, how much can you lose at .20 cents a share.
If you were to start your own company you would have some major start up cost and time involved. The opportunity I see with this company at this point is to make a small investment and retire in 10 years. That's my acceptance of risk.

The last video on the battery brought huge positive publicity, why did the insiders start dumping their stock bringing it down 14% in a day? I'm invested in this company but don't understand their stradegy of selling after the videos are released?
I am also long term invested in XDSL. Two weeks ago, total shares outstanding were 286+ mil. Today: 310+ mil, but the float remains 248+ mil. The Company issues stock to pay fees, costs and expenses. So ... officers, creditors and/or daytraders could be selling ... take your pick.
Positive news--aggressive investors--They buy up the stock and sell fast losing a small amount-continuous process. Others see the fall and sell and once it bottoms--they buy and take the profit on the long term...

The nano battery will probably be the first to be commercialized. Just hang in there folks, you will make a lot of "nano dough" within a few years.
I don't think mPhase is too concerned about an 18-year-old kids stock advice. All companies send out news releases to maintain interest in their company with hopes of increasing its value. Welcome to the world of investing. And yes I am invested in mPhase.
