You're very good. I got to say, though, if you're going to market yourself as a bass player, you should probably show that you can play as a sidewoman than up front. People looking for bass players are going to care more on whether you can play in a group than by yourself. You also might want to make videos of yourself playing other styles than R&B, like jazz, latin, or even country. So next time you're making a video, try playing a different style with another musician (drums don't count).

@GaryNull Are you serious? Check me on Mike Burton's and Bryant Thompson's page and see if I'm playing bass for them. There's another video that I posted where I do, as you say, "play bass". Anyone that's active as a musician understands that there are times when you play "pocket" and other times when you may need to "solo". A versatile musician can do both. I've done corporate "bands" and they're cool, but I want more and will get more. How's about you get a life, bruh.

You might give the wrong impression. They might think "I don't want a bass player who is going to solo and not play bass". I would have done a medly of popular songs, or standards, etc. If you can get hired in an instrumental jazz band or something, great. But if you are looking for work, more bands will want a bass player and not a soloist. I guess I'm not sure of your goal.
