There is one outlawed Korean soup (traditionally eaten during the hottest days of summer) that calls for one specific cross breed of dog. Koreans don't eat any cat. You're thinking of certain regions of China that eat cat and dog indiscriminately.
My cat is named Nabi too, it's Korean for butterfly. She likes to do the same things as your cat. But my Nabi drinks out of water filled cereal bowls in the sink instead of fish bowls.
Saying Koreans eat cats is like saying Americans eat possum. i'm sure it's happened and happens but to where when and how,. who knows?
