Well it depends what consol u have i have a ps3 but i think Xbox should be the same.
its very easy im not moving my car im just moving the camera all u do is in replay (or flashback) u just move ure right analog stick and it should move the camera :)
short.. it´s not the same on PC.
That´s a Shame, i think!

Oh, you´re Right. I´ve informed me. On Consoles it is possible.
On PC, u can´t this.
And.. i have a PC :D
It is a pity that the manufacturers have programmed it correctly is not immediately.
I hope it is right in English.. Haha :D
