@MyPurplePinky Uh... the Horse and His Boy is a book by C.S. Lewis who also wrote the other 6 Narnia books. It has yet to be made into a movie. This youtuber simply used other movie clips from various movies to make a fantrailer for the general story.

Let's be honest, this book, Magician's Nephew, and Last Battle are really the only TRULY well-written books in the series. Lion, Witch, & Wardrobe comes awfully close, but they are more or less popcorn fantasy books.

The Horse & His Boy is obviously the best book in the series.

The movie Eragon was good however it did make me very angry that they didn't follow the story line at all. I wouldn't say the movie is stupid I would simply state that they should've followed the story line and I do think they should have a remake where they go by the book :)

This is actually a very impressive fan trailer. I like the clips you've used to convey the idea of the story (will be interesting to see who they pick for the roles of Shasta and Aravis). Book 5 is my favorite in the entire series along with 6, and I sincerely hope VODT does well enough to encourage the production of the rest. My only concern however is that in order to attract older kids, they will cast them too old, but overall, a pretty good compilation. 4/5

This person actually took clips from the movie Eragon and combined them with the current Narnia films.I'm pretty certain that they won't make any other Narnia movies that havent already been produced.There isnt an old version of The Magicians Nephew,The Horse And His Boy,or The Last Battle.But the last movie that should be made is The Silver Chair.

Why should they stop at silver chair? they aren't remaking the old movies, they are making them from the books, and The Magicians Nephew and Horse and His Boy are two of the best. I could conceive of how they might end with the Last battle, since that one follows after silver pretty well, because of the lineage of Kings and the return of Eustice and Jill. The producers have said they intend to make all of them, and I can't wait for Horse and His Boy

@DK12322 a) so the kids don't age too much between films and b) they ARE doing the films in the correct order. The Lion Witch and Wardrobe was written first (1950), Prince Caspian second (1951) and the Dawn Treader third (1952). Lewis wrote the others later.

Paolini took from every good fantasy novel there is and tried to mold his own world from it. He failed. Miserably. Did you know it was meant to be a trilogy, but he couldn't get the ending into the third book even though the third book was longer then the first two combined? Lewis and Tolkien put their hearts into their books. Paolini put his money into his.

the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe

prince caspian

the voyage of the dawn treader

(im not sure) the magicians nephew

(im also not sure) the horse and his boy

the silver chair

the last battle

i know (99%) that they are going to make the silver chair and the last battle after the magicians nephew

"A Horse and His Boy" and "The Magician's Nephew" aren't the same. They're two seperate stories. "Magician's Nephew" is number one in the series and is about the creation of Narnia. "A Horse and his Boy" is number three in the series and takes place during the Golden Age of Narnia.

In America it goes the magicians nephew, lion witch and wardrobe etc. But in other countries it goes Americas 2nd, 4th, 6th, 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th book. @Disneylovermiley umm btw x the voyage of the dawn treader is the fifth book in the Narnia series written by C.S Lewes. The films are based on the books but only the second, fourth, fifth and sixth out of the seven have ever been made into movies (there are old versions of those four films, and the makers of the new ones are skipping the same ones out.) hope that helped x
