If you play it without the capo, the chords are: Bm, F#, A, E, G, D, Em, F#, then for the chorus: G, D, F#, Bm, G, D, Em, F#. The chords she's using here are equivalent. It's not really any harder than the version she plays because you can easily switch from Bm to F# without changing the bar, plus you can do this cool thing where you slide from the Em chord to the F#.

Why every1 against capo. There are 3 guitars in the original song. The main arpeggio made with a 12 string guitar actually uses a capo on 7th fret ( some live 5th fret) then use these chords relevant to capo : Em B7 DSus C sharp dim ( I think is called so) C G Am7 B7. This is the verse try to arpeggio. For chorus. C G B7 Em C G Am7 B7. Try this pls capo is not bad if used to cover a song that actually uses capo.

1. Bm F# A E G D Em F# that is the verse

2. G D F# Bm G D Em F# that is the whole song. If you can't play bar chords you should do the open position (i mean this for Bm and F#) Bm is played like an Am you jusy move it to a 3 and 4 fret and place your index finger on the 2 fret and the F# is played like opened position F wich is played on 2. 3. and 4. fret. negolatak - No one who plays open chords whilst using a capo thinks in terms of the actual chords which in the case of this song is as you say Bm. If you are actually thinking Bm, F#, etc whilst fingering Am, E, etc then you are crazy. It makes everything 100 times harder. What if you wanted to drop the whole song by a semitone? Would you then start thinking Bbm, F etc? No, you’d just slip the capo and carry on as you were. This lesson is for beginner/novices. (Hence no picking).

It's in B minor, smartass. All the chords you're naming are 1 whole step higher than what you're saying. Just because it's the same shapes as when you play them without a capo doesn't mean they are the same chords, chord names and chord root names are based on the frequency of the tones, not the shapes on the guitar...
