Change this: "How may I assist you?" the simple "May I help you?" is a closed question and it's not really nice when talking to high-end guests. "Mr Reyes, have you been our guest before?". Do not ask the person who calls to repeat the phone number, the person of the hotel should do that. Where's the rooming? "If you need something call"??? Oh my God! Timing for the breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Facilities in the hotel? Business people need internet connection, fax services... some kind of info?

and it just happened that mam yeng was our professor in this project and gave us the HIGHEST grade~! You talk as if you are so perfect, kaya mu bang gumawa ng ganitong video?? I doubt it~!
