if you dont have hamachi set 111.111.11.1

The EASIEST way is to cmd.exe find the port forward thing an then log on to minecraft press multiplayer then create server,Mine= Piece of cake, this=long and boring

I have a bigger problem. For the last fe months now, when I try to make a server it works, but only on localhost. The ports are forwarded and they're forwarded correctly. If I try the IP or my friends try it, I can't connect. This happened ever since I switched to craftbukkit. Before it was fine, after I had craftbukkit, I could've only used the craftbukkit one. I deleted all minecraft server files and craftbukkit files, but this problem persists. Any help, please?
