Every stand up comedian repeats him/herself. Williams actually doesn't do it quite as often as most comedians.

I love how he goes into 'comedy mode' then turns out a serious answer. What an ability it would be: if one was able to switch it on and off...sensational.

Robin Williams is a crazy, extremely witty comedian, while at the same time, he's incredibly genius and intelligent.
