The scenes with the twins in the shower and Connor with ice pack on his junk was cut from the first movie. It was in their loft apartment after Rosengurtle Baumgartener kicked Connor in the balls at the meat processing plant after he told the joke about, How many lesbians does it take to screw in a light bulb? The lesbian joke was also cut from the first movie (big mistake, very funny scene).

I had read all of the things about how gay this movie was, yet I never realized how gay it was until you added all of the scenes where they are wet and/ or breathing heavily and combined them together in a very creepy way, and what do you know, now we got a gay porn.
