  • good song :D nice

  • I think your Kong's are very sharp. You may want to work bringing your feet above your waist after take and before you bring them forward.

You may find this offensive, but you shouldn't, but we have a lot of women in our squad, easily half it's members and Kongs are very difficult for women, because most of a man's weight is in his chest, and most of a women's is in her legs. Anyway the way you tuck your knees right after take off may help some of the help our women with their Kongs.

  • hes a guy....

  • yes, i realize this, which is why i thought might be offended by my saying his form might be beneficial to the women in our group.

On another note, this is how i've begun teaching this form to our PK class.

    Thanks again for this.

  • i do mine diff. i (think) i put my legs around my arms. i have a.d.d. when it comes to multitasking

  • that's actually a completely different vault, I'm not sure what it is though

  • two hand vault

  • that would be a straddle vault...

  • Nice

  • nice technique and music

  • dude i dont understand why people jump leg after leg at kong?!?! i do it with both legs in same time, try it..

  • If you are going for height, the double leg take-off is great. If you're going for distance, split-foot tends to be better.

It's good to practice both. They do have different uses.

  • Thats right, good night.

  • It isnt gymnastics, you dont STOMP the floor to get a bounce out of it. You dont stomp the cement expecting some magical spring to launch you over. Stomping also causes you to slow down, which can just make you collapse mid-kong. I highly recommend leg-after-leg technique.

  • long obstacle=split leg

    tall obstacle= double leg

no when you "Stomp" which you don't really stomp you just kind of bounce, it is called blocking.

  • stomping is called blocking technique. It is used to change the direction of momentum suddenly. I use it for high objects so i can quickly change my forward momentum in upward momentum. For long kongs i do a split foot take off.

  • nice...

how the ´(whatever) can you do a kong on something as soft as pillows?!

  • i love kongs but i rather monkey crane then precision its more funner. can u kong cat a wall? that hurts alot lol i tried it and split ma knee open on da wall lol

  • sorry but i want those 32 seconds back...

  • pritty nice dude.. i learned how to do kong today =)
