Ok here is how
1.First start the program
2.Then click the chair icon which is to the top left corner
3.Then go to 'Edit' and then go to 'Aspect Ratio' and then choose 16:9
4. Ok now you are almost done, first you gotta have a clip in your editing software, just pick whatever you want it.
5. Now right click on the video, and then select 'Set Aspect Ratio'.

Yeah, but if you have 4:3 aspect ratio in the video then it won't strech out the video, I was explaining how he could do that :)

6. Now you should get a new window there you gotta click on 'The aspect ratio of this video is 4:3'.
7. And select the alternative ' Stretch clip to 16:9 aspect ratio' then click OK.
Now try to see if that worked, took me a while to figure it out :)
