I have a little bit different problem...

My psp speakers are working fine, and so is my headset.

When I plug in my headset, it either plays the sound normally, or partially.

Sometimes I hear half of my music, like I hear drums but I don't hear the vocalist.

Anyone else having that problem?

@kevmensuper you probably need to clean the inside of the jack-port, you hear half the music because the music is stereophonic and your plug is only in contact with one of the two wirings inside the port.

Hey i need help!! here is what happened! I tried to do the speakers mod to my psp you know put the leds to flash at musics rythm and i put some music and everything was right but when i put everything back together and put some music again i dont get no sound and no lights! i open the psp again to see what was wrong and try using just the speakers and it won't listen!! but the only thing that works are the headphones.. O!! and speakers barely make a little sound without headphones. someone help

If you still can't get your speakers to work, the speakers may need replacing. I'm in the process of replacing my speakers and I'll let you know if it works again after I replace them.
