No, it isn't. It is clearly some sort of punk cover of Rock Lobster, but it isn't Dead Horse, who is a thrash metal band that has a thrash metal verson of Rock Lobster that sounds NOTHING like the version you here in this promo. The internets seem to be spammed with this false story about it being Dead Horse, so much so that I am wondering if the band is doing it themselves to encourage downloads of their obscure and crappy music.
