Death note is awesome but I never considered it a supernatural anime. Just like I always think of Bleach as more of an action thing. You simply can't compare these two because the first 20 or so eps of Bleach are okay, but not amazing. Where as because Death note only lasts about 26 eps, the whole story HAS to shine in those eps.

I cant help but laugh at those who think that bleach is the best anime in the world. Your minds are just so shallow and stupid that you cannot give Death Note a try. You think that fighting is cool, guys with big swords are cool and unlikeable cliche characters like Ichigo are just plain awesome, right? Well I kind of understand why people like bleach so much. It's because most of the people in the world are just stupid, they cannot see or feel the depth of Death note's storyline.

I gotta disagree with what they said about Rukia's VA. I've watched both the dub and the sub, and I think she does a brilliant job.

...and seriously? I say YuYu Hakusho's a bazillion better than Death Note. DN's of those anime you can only watch once. I can barely ever re-watch it. At least with Bleach and YYH, I can re-watch hundreds of times, and never get bored.

most of the anime falls into similar genres, if it's done even once, it's done! (even with changes or awesome difference!) anyway, i think you guys should go for the japanese original with english subbing cuz the english dubbing sux and you won't get the anime plot and enjoy it it as much. I'm totally for untouched authentic japanese anime and manga!

I just cannot like this anime. IDK why, I feel I want to like it. But I just cant stand it. I may be a little prejudice, because I did only see like the first 5 episodes, but I do agree that the anime is overrated. To help me find out why I don't really like this anime I compared it to my all time favorite animes, Eureka Seven, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. And I can't really see a difference. Besides the fact that both E7, and TMHS are both great love stories.

I really love bleach,but im kinda suprised that deathnote came in first, i think bleach should be in first and deathnote in second because deathnote has less episodes, and is fun to watch, but the down side is that there is a really boring ending were light yagami just dies......anyway im also a fan of eureka 7 :D i seen every episode, I used to watch fullmetal alchemist till they cancled it , I also have a second favorite show "Naruto" many of you have heard of it. although Mar wasent too good.

I find it really sad that that one girl doesn't want to invest in a couple of episodes till the action kicks in. For Bleach you need to invest like the first 10 before the story really kicks in and then if you don't like it I guess you can drop it, but really those after the first ten you should be hooked.

If you don't like the dubs, just watch the Japanese. The dub and sub versions exist for the fans. I know dubs often can "suck" but I still watch them. However, with the new cast of Pokemon in the recent seasons, hell no.

Vic Mignogna, Crispin Freeman, Greg Ayres, Monica Rial, Chris Patton, and Steve Blum are really hyped at cons. Wendee should be invited more because she's done more anime roles than any other anime English dub actor/actress. She also even beats some of the most prolific Japanese seiyuu (voice actors).

I think it's silly that most of the ATV crew didnt see much of Bleach........ basically they havent seen past episode 10 and then complain that it's not that good. you have to watch bleach AT LEAST until Renji comes in..... that's when it gets good..... and until they get to soul society which is like ep 20 something.

Bleach was great when they had a small cast and each of them was doing something constructive for the plot, now we have hundreds of useless characters and half of the main cast are useless (Chad, Inoue etc).

I think BLEACH is boring until DVD vol. 5.

Some advice, skip EVERYTHING about the Bounto(64-109). The arc is a filler arc, so skip it if you find it boring.

But anyways, BLEACH is just awesome in my opinion. There are a few downsides, but there's a lot that makes up for it.
