Excellent job and I love your attitude of not stressing about the ups and downs of the protocol. I'm a 39 year old male on R2 P4 and will say that I lost a little slower in R2 and, like you, was really looking forward to eating more food again... but I stuck with it and lost 25 lbs in R2 and am only 20 lbs from my ultimate goal. One more round and I should be there. I always look forward to your videos.
I'm "hoping" to lose about 18-20 pounds in the remaining 23 days on the diet, but will probably only drop 14-16 (we'll see). I'll still have about 50 pounds to go after that, so I'm already planning on 2 more cycles - one 6 weeks after this, and then a long break, and starting the 4th cycle on New Years Day - a GREAT day to load up! With any luck, by middle of Feb (almost 1 year since I started this) I'll be 120 - 130+ pounds lighter.
I'm really sorry to hear you're having stomach aches. It might be due to your stomach having less food and doing some shrinking, unless it's a LOT of pain. Is it associated with any hunger pangs? You 2 are doing SO well on the diet - I really enjoy hearing your successes! Keep it up!

Hey man your doing really good!!
Maybe I'm just getting sick but i was wondering if you ever had bad stomach aches while on VLCD.
I'm going to do an update on how i'm feeling, so if you have any tips i would really appreciate it.
Thanks, Cory
