Secondly, the original copies of the games are stupidly rare; I tracked down SotC for the PS2, but it took a long time. Now people can get the newly published copies. Thirdly, some people weren't around when the PS2 and SotC was about. Those consoles are fairly old now. This give a new generation of gamers a chance to experience them
Having to literally lead the girl around the castle was a pretty unique concept to base the gameplay around. A cool twist on the old "save the princess" formula".
I had a lot of fun trying to solve the puzzles too. You can definitely see how the platforming mechanics in this game influenced stuff like 3D Prince of Persia and God of War.
yes i agree with volta i really hope ico do tat i will buy it since i got an 80 gig ps3 i cant play ps2 games, i had 60gb but it broke lmao i couldn't believe it!
A little suggestion for the upcoming walkthroughs. Maybe while doing the walkthrough, you make a blogtv chat or something live while playing. It will make the walkthroughs more enjoyable in my opinion.
i heard the makers of this game wants to make a combo of Ico and Shadow Of The Colossus as a ps3 pack like they are doing with god of war 1 and 2 i sure hope they do!!
