so the V1's recievers /radar/laser were customly in built into the mirror? Like sticking out the otherside of the rearview?

We actually take the unit apart and install it into the car, there is no one location of the unit. That's what makes it so custom.

Where is the actual Valentine One mounted?

it was taken apart and then place the sensor in front, side and rear and the screen will locate on the rearview mirror, and the button will locate somewhere on dash or wherever u want it at.
