Yes but you probably pay a lot more. Perhaps in his life right now. He is more concerned with budget, saving money, health, and other things. Not everyone lives ABOVE their means. Maybe he wants to be able to do som other things other than just work every day to pay for STUFF... Things, at some point in peoples life they realize most of this STUFF is what stops us from reaching higher level of consiousness. it is his goal. not how much you make but how much YOU SAVE!

the bathroom needs doors or sliding doors so that there wont be running water bots all over the toilet floor..... i dont like that bathroom its not luxury at all... looks like something that i cant explain But the rest is nice.. remidns me abit like a small one person hotel apartment in sydney. But yeah you could put curtains around the bathroom and why not between the kichen and the tv lounvh? luxury curtains makes it like a wall ;-) and beautiful. HUGS

great apartment for sure.. you could get a fully fnished one if you wanted. Is this for rent or buy propterty? One thing i didnt preciate this apartment is the disabillity bathroom. You are not disabillity within issue there so im not classifieing you for that. But the bathroom should at least have doors around the shower... otherwise there is wate rall over the bathroom and toilet and up up kmobing the floor constantly. Good luck :)
