You know, I was in the Philippines about 15 years ago and the first thing I noticed as I was walking down the streets of M.M. were the trash thrown everywhere on the streets. It's no wonder that a flood of this magnitude was destined to happen someday.

My brother and I were born in this hospital 34 years ago. I was really shocked to see that it's been flooded seriously the first time I saw this video last year. My mom prayed that her old high school best friend (who's a doctor in that hospital) would be safe.

Luckily we heard from her a few months later.
