Runny noses are a pain but for me the stuffed ones are killers for headaches and further complications. Chicken soup is a nice myth that won't cure you but it will keep you warm. Take care.

If you have a blocked nose and press your tongue against the roof of your mouth for a little bit, it unblocks. I know it sounds crazy, but it works.
