  • Totally agree, however the center of my diet for most of the year is fruit, not starch. But starch is my happy second choice food source.

  • They would have never known because the cancer would have gone away? Or not progressed? I don't understand. They are harmed by the treatment because it wasn't needed? I had breast cancer found by mammogram. The most aggressive. I would have been better to off if it were never detected?

  • @sandy96150 The logic here is that even if the cancer is potentially harmful, the odds are better to avoid treatment because the treatment is much more likely to harm then help. That being said, go to Las Vegas and see the amount of money people gamble on horrible odds but big pay offs. So, he says to avoid mammograms because it's more likely to do harm then good, and change diet and lifestyle to reduce the risk of getting the cancer.

  • @jhardknox Going with the Las Vegas analogy. For every 1 in 1400 that become rich and have financial security for the rest of their life, there are 15 in 1000 who go for the big pay off and destroy their finances and end up broke and homeless for the rest of their life.
