I have not seen these check points in Central New York Yet the only ones i see them do in the summer is check for inspection stickers and stuff like that but other than that i dont see them here and 90% of the seneters and peoople in my state i dont trust some i do but most i dont i hope it dont come here soon if i was down south i would be there with you guys

FUCK THE POLICE!!!!! Ok iam of mexican decent....I do understand why they have checkpoints. I live 10 miles from the mexican border and its bad....I dont mind answering a few questions that might take literally under a min to answer....we need a border wall!!! Mean while iam cool with checkpoints. I pass them every 2 weeks....No harm to me.

When they can not tell you one thing in the Constitution then they are in violation and subject to charges of treasonous activity. "By the witness of two they can be charged with treason" "giving aid to the enemy"
With two or more affidavits that they do not know their oath as required then charge them and arrest them. Have the sheriff/ranger take them into custody. Take bond

Giving aid and comfort to whom? Who is the enemy? Try and arrest them, you'll be arrested in turn and charged with impeding a Federal Officer, i.e an Immigration Officer, in the perfromance of either his orher duty. That is a felony.

And as for the imagery, i feel like you may be reading a little too much into it. It may have been conceived as whatever, but it's just a picture of a bird and is given power and meaning by whoever perceives it and how they perceive it. It has no inherent power on it's own. :)

I have not seen these check points in Central New York Yet the only ones i see them do in the summer is check for inspection stickers and stuff like that but other than that i dont see them here and 90% of the seneters and peoople in my state i dont trust some i do but most i dont i hope it dont come here soon if i was down south i would be there with you guys

I understand what your saying about them not being on the border but you have to understand that not all smugglers are caught at the actual border. Also there are so many guns being smuggled out of the US that these kind of check points are required. That being said I know that there are many officers that are too demanding and do go too far and violate citizens rights. I hope that the Pastor that was beaten and tased healed well and suffered no long term issues. God Bless

These people have no fucking clue. For every 100,000 cars that pass through the checkpoints maybe 1 gets searched. How hard is it, you pull up they say "Are you a U.S. citizen?" "Yes" "Have a nice day". Yes drug smugglers are dumb and don't know where these checkpoints are because they are constantly relocating them. They are there for illegals and criminals dumbass 4409. Just like DUI checkpoints, should they tear those down too and let people drive drunk with no fear of being caught?
